  1. I've removed the time filters from the legacy forums. Good suggestion @scook -this needed to be done or else poking around the legacy forums would become pretty tedious after 30 days
  2. @adrian.crossan Can you PM me you system stats and what version of BA you're attempting to update from? Then I recommend uninstalling and starting fresh with the manual installer: https://www.bandlab.com/products/desktop/assistant#download
  3. Direct method https://www.bandlab.com/products/desktop/assistant#download Theoretical method Clicking 'Update' should start the download/install process in the background: Memory method If you don't have direct link ready and BA doesn't work, just remember the word "download" and append it to the bandlab.com URL like so: https://www.bandlab.com/download ...then click the "Desktop Assistant" download button and follow any on-screen direction.
  4. We don't generally update "What's New" for hot-fixes, but we should, so I did.
  5. Yep, you must have a project in BandLab in order for it to appear in BA's project list. It can be created in BL or exported to BL from CW. The UI looks like this: More details here: https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=NewFeatures.02.html
  6. As intended - for 2019.01 builds it's the full installer. Build 27 is indeed latest.
  7. 5.0.3 enables the 'Download Stems' feature, plus a few bug fixes. More on that feature here: https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=NewFeatures.02.html
  8. @yapweiliang @Starise @msmcleod BandLab Assistant has just been updated (5.0.3), you should now see the 'Download Stems' command in the project menu.
  9. Indeed! We do have a fix and expect to deploy a hotfix later this week.
  10. @James G @Kurre Sorry for the inversion, the request was to increase number of threads per page, not posts. try again (now 40 threads & 20 posts).
  11. Ah, we're comparing apples to oranges. Post count is set to 40/page and topics count is set to 20/forum, as intended. Think we're good.
  12. @Kurre Indulge me - how posts do you see on this page? If this ends up being a Win 7 thing, maybe try IE just for grins.
  13. Hmm, I'm definitely seeing 40 posts per page (topic + 39 responses). What browser are you using? Anyone else not seeing 40 posts/page?
  14. @yapweiliang The download options are available through BandLab assistant. Check out the newly updated CbB help for workflow insights: https://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=NewFeatures.02.html So cool that you guys are exercising the system!
  15. You just did, thank you! Pro software, zero barriers - definitely exciting territory here. The team is thrilled to be continuing Cakewalk's evolution, and your kind words are most appreciated! P.S. While the sentiment is deeply warming, tip jar funding is absolutely unnecessary!

  19. The IE11 sign in issue has been fixed!
  20. Yep, arp rate is a preset value, and most if not all of the stock presets were made at 16th notes. I totally agree that a rate-lock control is warranted though!
