  1. U rainin' 'em down, usually.
  2. Easy on Starise!!! Besides, I've seen his TED talk on food labelling, it's compelling. Meanwhile, he's right in that if you are an older dude eating those abominations, you're probably prediabetic. That's what it says on my label.
  3. I like this equal to the original . . . love your own stamp on it. Super clear mix and killer smooth vocals. I love a band called The Samples and this is in that same sweet spot. I would only offer the crit that you really got your money's worth out of that one tom fill Really cool job, sir! I look forward to your next Red Button adventure. cheers, -Tom
  4. Track was AWOL when I clicked in, will check back . . .

This izzzzzzz great! Maybe a bit more reverb on the lead guitar? Something to thicken the tone of the lead, just a bit? It definitely has a groove! cheers, -Tom
  6. I hope that's your voice, what a treat to hear a vocal in your work! It sounds good in this! Keep it coming! the delay is perfect for this Floydish tune. Overall I found the volume of this track on the low side, anyone else? Or am I going deaf? What? anyway I liked it! cheers, -Tom
  7. I have no figs left to give because I couldn't give a fig.
  8. If that's all through a wordbuilder, then my god what a load of effort! Did you sing it, pitch it up, then autotune? Whichever, for me it kind of works, better in the chorus. The verses suffer a bit for intelligibility. But the overall effect is pleasant, and the simplistic mix elements are very nicely separated. Maybe just a bit more volume on that bass synth? I like this tune, and if someone was actually singing the verses that would be hard to beat. It's plenty good as it is. cheers, -Tom
  9. Waiting at the bus stop with some killer horn section playing lovely dissonant jazz hits! I liked it and for this I would be sad if the bus ever showed up! Cheers, -Tom
  10. That was a fun listen, and I liked how you had your own vocal take. You guys who take on Steely Dan covers have my respect, such great songs and arrangements. On your vocal, you sing it your way which is cool, but a lot of your phrasing is just a hair behind the original. So it sounds like your phrasing is somehow too laid back. Again, compared to the original. I found myself wanting to click on your lead vocal track and nudge it forward just a hair! Of course your timing is your choice and my OCD is mine. ? Great tune and nice job on it! Cheers, -Tom
  11. I like it! It's boppy and I like the reggae moments. Perhaps for variety, you know that buzzy low mid synth that is almost a bass . . . it is on 100% of the time? You might drop it out occasionally, perhaps when robochick is singing. ? Nice tune, best of luck as it develops . . . Cheers, -Tom
  12. I have 4.5 from the December build. Didn't they roll out 4.6 in January, people found it buggy, so they took the update away in March, then only recently rolled it back out again? So if 5.0 is around the corner, beware the bleeding edge!
  13. I have both as well and I found the effect rack functionality less than inspiring, but I love the individual effects, they get a lot of use
  14. Is this Instagram reality or does that neck look exceptionally long? Like those Sudanese women with the rings job?
  15. It's before coffee. Is Albion Legacy = Albion One? Legacy? I can only hope that S.L.I.P doesn't defile my post with a picture. That would be almost, but not completely, intolerable Slip legs into posts. Told you. Before coffee.
  16. I really like the song, which has a vibe I can get into. Reminded me a bit of that excellent New Wave-ish art band "the Blue Nile". I'd agree though that sonically that guitar is hitting the inputs of your audio interface way too hard and is being decimated before you even begin. What are you using as an interface? If this excellent tune is an example of your cool, laid back songwriting, I'd say it deserves better sonics, more open air up top in the mix. Thanks for sharing that, and I hope to hear more of your stuff! cheers, -Tom
  17. No just a regular boring old water heater. I wonder if the China tariffs have caught up with me on this one.
  18. did I just hear impeachment rhymed with imbleachment? yes I did. full marks. Kind of a bummer I started a song with the title "cockywamble" but here you are beating me to it. Oh well, back to the drawing board! cheers, -Tom
  19. Loved the pro chops, arrangement, and mix. -Tom
