ADSR Freebie for Sept is MAutofreeformAnalogEQ
Brian Walton replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
I personally didn't have any other EQs where I can literally draw the "form" I want...then it applies filters to sounds more or less like what you wanted (and you have settings to vary the accuracy, number of filters, etc. It is more of a difference of workflow than function with this one. -
meh, this is nothing. I complained when they increased my voucher from $25 to $50 that in next level ingratitude. (granted, it actually worked well last month and I ended up using the $50 thanks to the flood sale - and I also didn't complain anywhere other than this unrelated forum in a random post).

Yeah, I have some kilohearts stuff, but never really use it. I find their sales never get to the same places as other vendors and in that sub $10 range never have anything I want (or don't already have). the Melda EQ wasn't an essential or higher tier Melda offering so it was more of a just buy the cheapest thing to get it. So I'm viewing it as buying the EQ for $5.60. -

This was the cheapest crap I could find to get the Melda EQ. https://www.adsrsounds.com/product/wav-samples/vocal-trap-melodies-2/ Should be worth it. -
Throw up some "reviews" on youtube out of tune and poorly played featuring Amplitube....they are sure to cave.

What is the authorization system like? I run multiple computers so curious about limitations there. Also appreciate the installer heads-up -

I'm intrested in this one as another tool to use (perhpas along side of scaler, which I love)....but it seems every video I watch feels tedious on this one. -
I thought it was just on sale for $130. (could be dependent on other things I own, but thought that was the price during the flood sale). One I'd like to have but can't justify even that sale price. I don't expect deep discounts anytime soon. I did pick up the 80 during the flood sale (plus the Orange Rocker Gain) using a $50 voucher which made each $15...which was hard to resist and supported a good cause for all the amazing tools and deals from BX over the past year or so.

I believe the point he was making is that both applications/DAWs require the 3rd party app (a version of melodyne) to be owned and installed for this to work. I bought Studio 4 to get the best polyphonic offering in this area (at the time) and personally didn't live up to my own expecations.
-
Have yet to see a DAW do this perfectly, there is room for improvement in the market. Not sure this is it though, haven't tried it.
-
Yeah, I certainly don't need anything...but placed an order anyway. Seriously though that should be it for a while as everything else would either need to be dirt cheap or see deals that are unlikley to happen in at least a year (i.e. the new AMEK console).

Yes, I've used vouchers very month for over a year now. Not sure what I spent to get here but I'm now on the $50 voucher plan (which I mentieond in another thread feels like a major downgrade)
-
Right, but the question in my mind is are those things really needed? Again from someone that doesn't push the limit of even what "CM" can do, $40 (without vouchers) isn't exaclty free and also there are lots of other options on the table.
-
I keep wondering if Thorn is worth the money over the "free" Thorn CM version for someone that isn't a synth junkie. The CM version is pretty feature packed.
-
There are honestly so many of them, depends on what other tools you might have that PA potentially has a better option.
-
They did add the 80 channel to the sale, but bus comp is still full retail for some reason.
-
I'm kind of expecting they will add some more tomorrow. Odd a few of the usual suspects are not included.
-
I think it used to be free on their own website but they removed it a while ago from some reason, so PB is the place to grab it.

I just like watching pretty colors bounce around to the music that passes through it. ? -

Wish it was for a melda product I don't have. But at this price certainly suggest others give it a demo. Would be a little more useful with an EQ built in so you wouldn't need another plugin to make the adjustment that are revealed with this one. -
Haven't tried but I've seen post of others in the past that suggest they don't as the whole process is automated. Realistically I have so much good stuff from them, maybe this setback will curb the temptation.

It was a sad month this August getting "downgraded" from a $25 voucher to a $50 one. I hoped this day wouldn't come but here we are. I wonder what the tier was in spending I hit that triggered it. It is a very rare occassion the $50 ones seem worthwhile, as the mega sales where everything is discounted heavily they seem to skip on sending the personal vouchers. The $25 vouchers plus regular $40 sales are the gold mine.

It is worth $15, but do wish they give it a re-sizable update.
