It does seem like their pricing is out of touch with the market on the individual instruments. $200 for one instrument is very steep these days. You'd think they'd sell a lot more in the sub $100 range. But their model could be all about the full on Komplete bundles and the high price may be a tool to get some early adopters on the instrument but leave the bulk to upgrade Komplete.

This seems pretty amazing... But not at full price.

Just picked this up - wow what a janky registration system. Then key code they sent me doesn't actually work and I had to contact support.

I’m 52 and gave up long ago on the idea of ever making a living from music. Fortunately the living I do make allows me to finance a great musical hobby and I am getting better at this hobby all the time through consistent effort. At times I might go a few months without doing much and I used to feel really guilty about that. I’ve built a nice studio full of great gear and I’d feel a bit of shame about not using it. I’ve learned that everything ebbs and flows. When I get into making a song I can’t stop and it is consuming so it is no surprise I burn out and need some down time. I’ve learned to accept and even appreciate this now rather than freaking out. For me I love to create and I love to learn. During Covid I took a number of mix with the masters classes and greatly upped my mixing skills. Whether I use them or not is almost secondary to the fact I really enjoyed acquiring them. if you still think you can make some sort of go of music as a career I urge you to take a real hard honest look at your situation; chasing dreams past their expiration date is a really unhealthy thing. If music is just a hobby to you and you don't enjoy it I suggest waking away for six months. If you get the urge to come back great. If not then just realize everything has a season and gently let it go. This is supposed to be fun, not painful. good luck.

Wow this is right up my alley...

Darn. I’ve only recently gotten into their libraries and they are awesome. They also have some great videos to go along with them. Wishing them well. I run a software company so I understand their pain. I’ve got four people in my it department and they are always fighting to stay one step ahead of the hackers. Some of the pfishing scams are getting really sophisticated and look legit. My employees have received text messages that are supposed to come from me asking them to pick up Walmart gift cards and drop them in the mail for me. Scary to think how they got their numbers and my name…

I have to say a few of these are absolutely amazing and incredibly inspiring. And they have full NKS support too. I'm really happy with this purchase.

What is wrong Larry - was it really hacked or just acting funny? I really like these guys - I hope everything is OK...

For me it was $149 and I only had Analog Lab and perhaps one other synth. I've watched the sales and felt this was a good one for me. I need some time now - I've purchased so many instruments in the last 30 days I haven't had a chance to try them all yet. Having a dropbox issue that caused me a week of work took some of that time. I've purchased some great orchestral libraries and I'm enjoying learning to compose for an orchestra. I don't need these at the moment but I have no doubt they will come in handy. At some point I'd like to duplicate this experiment:

I don't know if this is available for everyone but I just got an email with the best upgrade pricing I've been offered on v Collection 8. I've always thought about this collection but never really wanted it bad enough. This was a price I could not pass up. Log in to see if you have a special upgrade offer.

I saw him on a solo tour right before Covid. One of the worst shows I've been to. Hard to knock a guy for wanting to make a living but you couldn't help but feel it was mostly about getting his son some professional exposure. Very disappointed...

Since I just WUPd Mercury, this is kind of annoying...

Hi Mibby, I haven't used it in awhile. I believe I purchased it primarily to create dual mono chains when mixing (like using dual UAD 1176 comps for left/right). Once I switched to Pro Tools for mixing, I didn't need to do that anymore because Pro Tools supports dual mono mode for plugins natively - no weird routing needed. And since I use Ableton for the creation process I can pretty much route anything I can dream of in Live. So, it served a purpose for awhile but I'm not using it at the moment. I'm not sure I would buy it unless it's fulfilling a very special need that you have. And in that case, it's an awesome tool. -

10%? It ain’t a deal till it hits 50%. -
It's too bad you can only apply the coupon once - I considered adding Abbey Road One (I bought BBC). I don't see myself ever adding it at full price in the future but would on sale.

I have it. Couldn’t figure it out with about 30 minutes if experimenting. I have hopes for it but need to spend more time with it to say with confidence if it’s worth the expense to me. -

I really enjoyed the first two - my son said Exodus was great I just haven't had a chance to play yet. I am also wondering what he didn't like about it...

Tantra is one of my absolute favorite plugins and I've had email conversations with Dmitry - nice guy! I have both v1 and v2 but I use v1 - I prefer the colorful and imaginative GUI to the PA version. You can do some REALLY cool things with this plugin!
