I got 40% off (can't share it since it is already copined eitherspinning the wheel and could get this an Ethera Gold for $57. Tempting, tempting, tempting.
A colossal 12GB synthesizer for Kontakt.
Meanwhile I don't think my NI synths, Sylenth, Thorn, KV, Spire total 12GB. Maybe the complete Arturia collection does. I starting to question the logic of having large sample synths not named Omnishpere.
It's odd since Magix also uses Engine as well. There's always some confusion, do I activate via Magix or Best Service? My solution is to avoid Engine. I've become a full Kontakt fanboy. (not their player) I do understand why developers want to move away from Kontakt but do they understand why I prefer it?
The whole NI Service Center is a major hassle if you have to update libraries. It doesn't remember the install locations while Kontakt does. It makes Waves Central look brilliant.
Same here. I'll be fine with Melda, IK, and Izotope. Those are also the most license friendly plugins. Also very little confusion updating unlike Waves.
It would be mine if it were less. My Kontakt libraries are equaling the same amount of my plugins. This is another one of those developers I added to my own everything list.
