Much respect to Fleer’s full take here, but gonna have to part ways on action call. With so many excellent studio-grade Verbs out there that have a relatively light CPU hit, I think I’m gonna have to pass.
Yeah. I have version 1 installer of M1 on user.net site and version 2 installer on ID site. The ID site is smart enough to give me the right installer, but not smart enough for the installer to recognize the pre-existing version 1 installation and license. A mess.
Unfortunately, it didn’t find my original installation when new installer run. I pushed past error notice and now I’ve lost old installation and only have Demo of new version. Grrrr.....
I kind of hate their updates because they download (or used to) the entire product line, whether purchased or not. Is there a list somewhere of which plugins affected by this update?
Since my usual complaint about drum midi is that they are too busy, I went with Ballads. Remember, if you have something like Melodyne, you can convert these loops into MIDI as well.
A little confused by this, unless it is a one off. Ordinarily buying Soundtoys stuff gets you one ilock (software)license....but allows installation on two different computers
Will be interesting. I just called MF about 10 seconds ago, and the guy said it only gets you the original, but based on prior experience, who knows. Wouldn’t be surprised if it gets you v2- really good guys at PSP.
