  1. Latest build working fine in the office and the studio here. But I’ve only once had an “issue”, affected a small number of users, and that was solved quickly! t
  2. I use a TrippLite for my embroidery machines, followed by a 1500 watt UPS. Same UPS in the studio, but no conditioner. t
  3. https://www.toontrack.com/weekend-deals/ Check BestService for generally about another 10% off. That is all... t
  4. One of my first IK purchases, (worked with the SVX back in the day, that and the Acoustic 360 were the only amps that could keep up with my Plexi stack) does it offer anything that’s not included in Amp 5? t
  5. Sounds great here! (although I still can't hear your cymbals; top end in my ears is failing...) Tokai LP into the Kemper? That's your signal chain; right? 👍's 👏 t
  6. Yes and the mklink on my system is: mklink /j "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Scaler Music\Scaler 3" "E:\SampleLibrary\Scaler 3" Of course YOUR sample drive might NOT be E and your sample library might not be SampleLibrary Had the Scaler installer at least informed what the path to "Sounds" would be, the mklink could have been created PRIOR to install... here's a hint; create the folder Scaler 3, or if you prefer "Scaler Music" (just amend the example above to reflect the the parent folder is Scaler Music) on the drive you keep your samples on, then create the link, Scaler will then install the "Sounds" where you want them (which in my case is NOT EVER on the C drive). mklink /j "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Scaler Music" "E:\SampleLibrary\Scaler Music" HTH, t
  7. <rant> The one thing I find inexcusable with Scaler is they dump the samples on the C drive. Sure you can (and I always do!) create a junction. But there is no excuse for not having the option to put samples where they belong; ON THE SAMPLE DRIVE! </rant> that is all… t
  8. SEMPTE IN and OUT should be on the MIDI interface somewhere. Here's a link to the MOTU MIDI Express. Set Cakewalk to follow SEMPTE in PREFERENCES>Sync and Caching. HTH, t
  9. Probably a “no-brainer” if you don’t have it! t
  10. Late to the party, 👍s 👏 here! t
  11. Big fan here so I'll just 👍's and 👏... Keep up the good work Freddy! t "I found the "train" drum beat rather difficult." IF there is a "problem", I didn't notice it, too busy enjoying the tune...
  12. Much enjoyed, commented and liked at YT. (give a brother some help gents!) As always, top shelf production, writing, performance. Really enjoyed the vid on this one! t The entire album is worth the price of admission boys...
  13. 😂 guilty as charged on my office rig. One of the reasons I never take food out to the studio… t
  14. His last post was Jan 29. His last visit is listed as Feb 4. Not typical for @jack c. t
  15. @Giorgio Gabriel Cancel your membership. Sonar will continue to function properly until your end date. Then you should be able to renew at $99 once your membership expires. HTH, t

Late to the party here, but better late than never, eh? Was a bit surprised actually (but maybe I shouldn’t be). Lots of good comments so I’ll just add: 👍‘s 👏 t Sound Cloud and my iPhone don’t get along well so no comment or like there; sorry…
  18. As always well done! just a comment on YouTube and my iPhone: for whatever reason it was impossible to get the video to play, so I was unable to comment/like. Played on the forum no problem… t
  19. Looks like David helped you get it sorted… t
  20. For vocals, I ONLY listen to the interface. Especially for Greg as there has to be something screwed up in the routing. Take CbB completely out of the equation. just my nickel98 here. t
  21. @greg54 I’ve read your posts (aware this issue is across different interfaces, mics, headphones and preamps). It sounds like a routing issue. Now is this in the interface routing, CbB, et cetera? I would work only with the interface first. Mic>interface pre>cans (this assumes the interface has a headphone output). I’m an RME user and their internal mixer (TotalMix) is extremely powerful, but I can screw the routing up and cause some digital “hash” (clipping). My guess is you’ve somehow screwed up the routing in your interface, what exactly? Well, you have to figure that out. Dumb the signal chain down first, then move forward. Wish I could diagnose this, but the “best practice” is keep it simple, then expand. t note to all that are trying to help; read his posts carefully, almost to a man, you are suggesting things Greg has already tried….
  22. Sad news Wookiee, my heart goes out to you. I can’t imagine suffering losses like this back to back. Bury yourself in your music and use your grief as inspiration. We have your back! t
