    Locking guitar tuners

    Thanks for all the suggestions.

    Locking guitar tuners

The screw on the existing tuner is pretty tight already (as in, I can't turn it without turning the whole peg).

    Locking guitar tuners

Thanks - I'll look at the existing tuners when I have time.
  5. Note this won't mean existing projects that use DR-008 will open correctly (there's no DX->VST migration that happens) - I've ended up using an old SONAR Platinum 32 bit to open these projects, then save a DR-008 preset and then reinsert it into a new project in 64 bit SONAR/CbB/Sonar when I've really wanted to (I've now moved away from it - it was a damn fine plug-in though).

    Locking guitar tuners

My PRS (Santana SE) is not the happiest at staying in tune at the moment, so I was looking at getting some locking tuners. Amazon has a mix of Grover (I've heard of them) and various much cheaper unknown brands, which I think I will ignore! But I have a couple of questions... - How do I know if what I buy will fit (I think the replacement tuners are all 10mm or 25/64" diameter - pretty much identical, but how do I check the guitar without actually trying)? - How easy are they to change (my woodworking skills are pretty much negative!)? - Do they actually make a significant difference to tuning stability?
  7. Yes, but tricky. DR-008 is actually a 32 bit VST wrapped in a VST-DX adapter, so if you add the DR-008 folder to the VST scan path, Sonar's internal 32-64 bit VST bridge will pick it up and you can use it.

  11. There might be a rogue CC in the MIDI data - the SI instruments can behave a little weirdly with unexpected CCs.
  12. I never use Quick Start, so it's either from File->Open, or File->Recent Files or right click on a start menu/taskbar pinned Sonar shortcut and selecting a recently opened file from there.
  13. I see this all the time (have done for many versions). Golf babes?????
