I'm having regular AT4+Fenders crashes in cakewalk here on Win10. Was hoping that AT5 will be more solid. Bumming.

I still don't have the measurement mic so can't test it myself. Isn't the ARC software supposed to work within TR5 Suite? I was hoping for an automatic process where the correction is bypassed on the export.

Jokes aside, it's probably because it has got the same tech under the hood. That's probably why the t.rex there. But that's what the guys from IK are really great at. I'm ready to struggling with all the high CPU/memory/disk space/marketing/etc nonsense for that sound (now I hear my PC crying "speak for yourself!" from the other room).

Not really a T-RackS module, more of a standalone mastering suite to me. Not sure how did the t.rex badge sneak in there. Probably when lying down side by side with one of the T-Racks modules in the warehouse.

Ok, so from memory, the issue I stumbled upon was related to tracks in a folder. When trying to unsolo a track in a folder, first click resulted in a strange solo state that was totally unexpected. I had to then click again back to solo and then unsolo the second time and it was fine then. These might be two separate bugs, or can have the same root, idk. Would have posted the reply sooner but apparently I had to wait again until Win10 finishes it's another cumulative updates crap. Hate when it's doing it even while Cakewalk open.

My own experience tells me that the solo issues alone aren't specific to this release either. On my production PC I still have Cakewalk v2021.01 and there are already some un-solo issues there, have to click more than once to un-solo tracks whereas it used to work just fine with earlier versions. Can't tell with exactly what version the issues started.

Cool. Wish we could bounce audio like this by just dragging the MIDI clip onto audio track or a sampler pad, skipping the whole interrupting dialog window step.

I'm using Strategy and loving it. Another option would be Stratosphere and it's legendary patch called Legendary EDIT: would gladly recommend MODO Guitar but let's give them time to include it in the next group buy

Gotcha! I thought a more funky sound. For this I'd try with an overdrive stomp before the Fender amp. Maybe some guitar players would know better what gear did they use for it in the 80-ties

Still I think jumping in once with a 199,99 item would be cheaper, ie. ARC software is 199,99. Unless the friend would want to double dip, just buying this will open the doors to all upgrades. No? Oh there may be no option to buy ARC soft with gear credits, didn't check that.
