Should I join your ship of 16 empty slots? ?
-
Just trying to prioritize my free choices versus available slots. I had been keeping all the Electromagnetiks out of consideration as I was put off with their demo sounds on the website. But yesterday I listened to Simeon's video and suddenly found them quite useful, ha ha, good job Simeon. Now life's got more complicated with the admission of couple new factors to solve what used to be a simple equation.

You're right! I was trying to buy something with these credits just a couple days ago, but I couldn't and didn't have time to investigate. So this is how you change the policy... when nobody's watching That's even more disappointing from Loopcloud. I've been told from beginning, with bold letters, that I will keep my credits after the free trial finished. So I'm keeping. Oh and there was yet another alternative to Loopcloud and ADSR sample managers - the Big Fish Audio Momentum - might be worth checking.

Right, I remember that promo not so long ago. IIRC it was 6x1. I had 5 of them already and was interested in only one, the Space Delay, so there was literally nothing left for me in that promo

I'm not seeing the limiter part on Cubase Vintage Compressor's GUI. The IKM Presicion Comp/Lim is based on Neve 33609 which is a compressor and limiter combo.

1000th post!
-
That's same thing my neighbor, from the flat above, used to tell me.
-
Very easy to use... ?
-
Neves (73, 81) and APIs (PA, PB) for color. Master EQ is great too. I also like Vintage for that Pultec trick or adding some sparkle. EQual is good one if you don't have Fabfilter and can't afford it .

Couple more posts and we're crushed a 1000!

Two questions to you Amplitubers. Do I need SVX2 if I already have SVX1 and MODO bass? And why I need Dimebag if I'm a keyboard player? Thx ?

I got into IKM ecosystem early 2000... got sold on T-RackS v1

The absolute best option is when a "random" web seller puts an IK item on sale before the GB end date. Not saying that will happen this year because we never know, but it might as it used to happen in the past, then along with an eventual GB extension we can expect much more than 10x1! The second best option are jammies.

I jumped on it without a thought. Since there are only four overlaps, it may make sense to get both. That's what I did--I had TR5 and chose TR5SE as a freebie. And that's exactly what I would do... if I didn't have everything T-racks already ? I completed my bundle in this GB as I was missing only the EQ PA. I don't need it, but I want it EDIT: getting the feeling the IK guys will release new t-racks modules as soon as this GB finished

I'm perfectly fine with just this one
-
Interesting, I'm still yet to see that on my PC since I installed it about 2 years ago. Have read about it many times, never experienced it myself. Win 10.
-
Where? In the same studio room where the drum kit is being recorded?
-
My guess is that the IK guys, in their calculations, expected more of it. There are so many $49, and less, items this year that they've had probably been thinking that people will figure out to enter with additional $49, or so, tier and get even more freebies. Hence the "up to 21x1".
-
just make it $29 for the upgrade, and not $129, and I'd be happy too
-
Sorry I mean a measurement file.?♂️ I've corrected my post. Behringer is still fine, don't worry
-
I think you're right. That leaves the question how many versions of Audissey mics are there?
-
That's exactly what I wanted to know as well I did download and install the software and all seems well but it won't run without the calibration file (I mean a measurement file). And I don't have the mic yet.
-
Only the mic? I don't see that option. Pick the ARC3 bundle as your entry (can't pick hardware as freeware in their group buys unfortunately) or get just the software as one of your freeware and then just buy the mic alone separately. That's what I did.
