TBF he's actually the only one that has posted it where it should be. And yeah.....

TBH I couldn't give a....how can I put it.....? Monkey's chuff......? (is that forum friendly enough ?) about PA. Fortunately for me they revealed themselves to be absolute clowns (another forum friendly term) before I was ever even tempted to deal with them.

RIP Izotope customer support. It was a pleasure to know you.......

TBF at least they're trying real hard to make up for being so late to the previous encounters by actually starting WW3.

BandLab Technologies reveals new brand vision for Cakewalk
paulo replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
To pay towards making the other one would be my guess. The average long time CW user is probably unlikely to go for what the new one seems like it's going to be, so might as well try to get some cash from them while they're still on the right side of the grass. -

Coming to a thread near you soon.......PbB. (Popcorn by Bandlab) -
I didn't watch the whole thing, but I suspect that she isn't quite telling the whole story. That said, sometimes neighbours can be incredibly selfish and seemingly oblivious of the impact of their actions on others. I used to live in a place with attached neighbours and they were forever banging on the walls and screaming in the middle of the night. If it hadn't been for the fact that it was at the time when I liked to do my drum practice, which largely drowned them out, I honesty think they would have driven me crazy.

I'm bored of it already. I wonder if one of them has a pie chart somewhere depicting the likelihood of that. -

The marketing people probably call it achromatic hesperidium. -

Inevitable and self inflicted. If it annoys you then take it up with Bandlab.? Having made a bit of a thing about it, deleting threads that even mention the subject of the next update, to then announce it without actually announcing is bizarre behaviour to me, but it seems to be the way of modern marketing. Treat everybody like children.....ooh look everyone, we have this new thing, but we're not going to tell you everything about it ... you'll have to wait a bit longer because for some reason marketing people either think it makes it more interesting (actually has the opposite effect on me) or they think their customers are the kind of people who just can't handle being told everything in one go. -
My back up plan has always been X3 if all else failed. I don't really use much of what has been introduced since then, so it's not like I would lose too much. The return of the sea of grey would be quite annoying, but probably no more so than the UI's of the alternatives.

If only NI had customer support that didn't equate to basically giving yourself a hefty kick in the gentleman vegetables it would be quite easy to find out.....

A few years ago I switched on the TV and saw some guy performing on Later with Jools Holland show. I had no idea who it was and could barely make out a single word of the lyric. At one point I thought he might be singing in Norwegian or something, but his appearance just screamed Scottish. I'd heard of some guy called Lewis Capaldi that everyone was apparently raving about and was quite surprised at the end of the piece to learn that this guy and that guy were the same guy. That's all I know about him.

I'm actually considering getting this update even though I also can't install K7 in the hope that NA v.1 will allow me to install the Mint guitar, the bass lib and session strings 2 which were all out before K7 IIRC. Worst case scenario is at least I will have them one day and it will feel like they were free by then !

I think that's just around the corner from..

The Supreme Court’s Warhol Decision Just Changed the Future of Art
paulo replied to Bapu's topic in The Coffee House
I've really never understood what all the fuss was about with Warhol. AW: "Ooh..... look at me everyone. I coloured in the same picture in several different ways and stuck them next to each other. Genius, right?" NO.
