I might be wrong, but I think what the OP is after is similar to the the Reassign modes for the voice sorting that is available in Native Instrument’s Massive X To quote page 36 of the Massive X user guide: “Reassign mode detects when you play the same note and allocates the same voice to the same note. This is good for piano and is particularly useful when you are trying to mimic acoustic behaviour, as it won’t cut off the pitch.”

Try Philharmonik 2 with Sampletank 4.21 vst2

Some people still use MIDI driven external gear.... Or they like to work with just MIDI events for their synths.

I turfed BA ages ago and CbB has never gone in to demo mode. Also, CbB refreshes the activation with every update.

Don't forget Epic Strings

Lastest CbB installed - Sustain Pedal Issue
Promidi replied to SonusProject's topic in Cakewalk by BandLab
That looks more like what an expression pedal would generate (continuous values between 0 and 127) A sustain pedal usually sends 0 or 127 only. I just did a quick test with the latest CbB and my sustain pedal definitely only transmitted CC64 0 or 127 Are you sure you do not have any CC remapping plugins active at all? -
(do (int control_value) (forEachEvent (if (== Event.Kind CONTROL) (do (= control_value Control.Val) (-= control_value 127) (*= control_value -1) (= Control.Val control_value) );end do );end if );end for );end do Note: This inverts using the value of 64 as the mirror point

You mean a routing diagram...... yes, I have been wanting this for ages....
-
Yes, you can. I use external synths (SW1000XG in a second PC connected via a Roland USB to MIDI adapter) every day with CbB.

Audiosnap is enabled for that clip.

You need to give us some information about your set up. What Audio interface? What sample rate, bit depth and buffer size. See: Preferences | Audio | Driver Settings In Preferences | Audio | Devices, is your audio interface selected as an output device In Preferences | Audio | Playback and Recording, what driver mode are you using (If possible, ASIO is recommended) Are your virtual instruments set to a bus that is turned up. In turn, Is your master bus set to a physical output and are all levels turned up?

The transform tool that’s available for PRV Controllers would also be useful in automation lanes.

How to map my Contoller Transport controls to Bandlab?
Promidi replied to Kyle Whitlock's question in Q&A
If the Control Surface route does not work, then you may be able to use straight MIDI data to control the CbB transport How you would do this (and indeed if the Axiom 61 can do this) depends on how flexible the Axiom 61 actually is with its button programmability. Note: I have done this with a PCR-800 using straight MIDI data (Not as a Control Surface) -
Have you tried updating your Focusrite drivers to the beta version? (4.87.4) Do CTRL + F > "Focusrite USB2 Drivers 4.87.4" http://beta.focusrite.com Note: some browsers might balk at this URL - try different browsers if that’s the case. Also, have you tried reducing your sample buffer size? (I use 256)

That piano better sound fricken awesome for 40gb..... In fact, for that amount, I would want it to bring me breakfast in bed........

You might want to change the title of this post to something like “Please add a way to change tempo curves in bulk“ I selected multiple nodes, yet right clicking a curve still only effects that particular curve - so, at this time, looks like it’s not possible. This feature request could also apply to any automation curve - not just the tempo track.

You might want to start a new thread.

I am assuming it’s the AVX requirement What i7 are you using? My i5 4576 (released 2013) runs Massive X (This CPU does has AVX support)
-
One issue I have with Massive X is, currently, it has no MIDI learn - maybe a future update will fix this.

A dark mode for the installer would be nice.
-
the XLN installer installed the AAX versions, even if you didn't need them. Also, if you deleted the AAX version files manually, the XLN installer would then deem your XLN installation as needing a repair. The repair would reinstall the AAX versions. It looks like that will no longer happen if you deselect the AAX versions.

Yes, I have pigments 3 (excellent synth this one). However, it is good to know that PhasePlant goes sale from time to time. For PhasePlant, it's a case of Patience Grasshopper........

Something to consider when and if Phase Plant goes on sale.
