it's often surprising what works lol
True dat.
For me music and acid very rarely went together* but on the occasions it did, it was always something unexpected. Trippy music is never any good when tripping - that's what weed is for.
* I'd much rather go for a walk and giggle at things, and I find it difficult to sit still when my head is exploding. ?

Seems like a waste of acid to me.

I'm not even sure I have influences. While I can tell you which music, bands and artists I used to listen when I was young and growing up, I never aimed to imitate or become any of them in any way shape or form.
Being "influenced" by is not the same as copying. So we'd probably all say the same.

I listened to that LP for hours.
You were probably playing it at the wrong speed then, it's only about 43 minutes long.

This is going to cause a few discussions.... but!!!!!!
I am 57 years old and have just listened to Pink Floyd for the first time ( I have heard another Brick In The wall before as a kid)
But seriously... can someone please explain to me the hype.... I dont get it!!90% of everything is bollocks. Without Pink Floyd it would only be 85%.

Pink Floyd and Jethro Tull walk into a bar...
Maybe Jethro thought there would be some farmers in there that he could sell his seed drill to.

Same Birthday as one of my step-sons. Feb 11th, but not 1964 obviously.
My sister's two step-sons are about 10 years older than she is.
