Thanks. I believe I have mixbox full. That's why I was confused about what crossgrade means exactly .
I understand the confusion.
"Crossgrades" are not product specific "upgrades", but you quality for any product that has "crossgrade" pricing available if you have made a retail purchase of any IK product valued at $99 or higher. So that just about covers everyone, LOL!!! ?

The SSSR expansion is a completely separate offer from the MixBox deal. The SSSR expansion is being offered to existing MixBox owners for $9.99 ($6.99 with Jam Points).
Not sure if MixBox CS qualifies for the $9.99 SSSR deal. Anyone?

They just released a "point" update to MixBox v1.5.0. So not a completely new version.
I wasn't aware that they had a crossgrade option for it. In that case if you don't already have MixBox full, I would grab that $49.99 crossgrade. Unless you are waiting for the next Total Studio Max.
"MixBox packs over 70* award-winning mixing processors and creative effects derived from T-RackS, AmpliTube and SampleTank into a convenient 500-series style plug-in. Create, compare and save your own custom channel strips or multiFX chains, or choose from over 600* presets to give your creativity a kickstart."

i am really confused now. my price for Mixbox full is $49 when I add it to my cart. I am missing something? Did IKM release Mixbox 1.5 same as MODO Drum 1.5?
The deal being discussed is the Sunset Sound reverb collection expansion for MixBox. As far as I know MixBox itself is not on sale.
But the v1.5.0 update for MixBox is real. And IK has probably gifted you a free MixBox CS license, for whatever that's worth to you...

So why do I want CS when I already have full?
MixBox CS won't show up as a separate plugin if you already have MixBox full installed. You will just see that the license was added to your IK account. It may be of some interest to those without MixBox full. No harm done.
For example, I have licenses for both MixBox CS & MixBox full, but only 1 copy of v1.5.0 files are installed: 'MixBox.exe', 'MixBox.dll', & 'MixBox.vst3'.
Safe to ignore MixBox CS if you already have MixBox. The 1.5.0. upgrade was for both editions! So nothing lost, but a few improvements possibly gained!

somehow I have the 9.99 offer for Sunset Sound Reverb Collection Upgrade for MixBox, even don't having either SSRC or Mixbox. Is this right?
I think everyone was given a license for MixBox CS v1.5.0.

I know Fleer loves it, and it does sound great. But, like you I have Rhodes coming out the wazoo, and can't bring myself to buy another...especially after picking up Keyboard in Blue for $25 (also Fleer's fault...). Realistically, I'll probably always turn to Pianoteq for EPs anyway.
You might want to dump all the the other Rhodes in the trash bin!!! Haha, just kidding... ?
But this thing is really good! And apparently Mr Rhodes himself said that this particular "E" model piano was the best version he had ever heard. And this is the first time this one has been sampled. The sound is authentic, so I guess it would all come down to whether this virtual instrument is playable and responsive enough for you.

since i am an ots n00b, i'll ask . . . any (chance of) midi files being made available?
[at least I won't be the first to ask]
Take a look at deCoda by zplane: https://products.zplane.de/products/decoda/
https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/zplane-decoda
QuoteLearn Any Song with deCoda, the Song Deconstruction Tool
Learn and Analyze Any Song
- Import an audio file and deCoda will tell you the key, the tempo and chords as well as identifying verse, chorus and other sections of the track.
- Dive deeper with deCoda’s easy-to-use tools to help you really perfect playing a song. Bring the tempo down to hear nifty musicianship or change the key of the song to find one that’s more suited to your playing or singing style.
- An intuitive Focus EQ helps you identify parts of the song that you want to filter out or hear isolated.
- deCoda was inspired and informed by professionals in the music and recording industry to help you learn songs faster and easier than ever.
- Created by zplane, deCoda is powered by the same technologies that are used by leading music-makers and producers all over the world.
- zplane technology is included in many leading DAWs and can be heard on countless chart-topping hits.
Musical Navigation
- deCoda's knowledge of a song's beat, tempo and structure let you navigate in musical terms rather than in samples or seconds. Explore the song in parts, bars or beats just with a keyboard hit or touch screen swipe. Automatically have a section loop and expand these loops just as quickly. Concentrate on your instrument, not the navigation.
Chord & Structure Recognition
- deCoda decodes your song's musical data such as beat, tempo, key, chords and song structure. Using AI, deCoda makes educated guesses for each providing a good starting point for your edits. In some cases, you won't need to make any edits!
Piano Roll With Spectral View
- The Piano Roll shows the melodic content of your song and lets you pick the notes that you can use for transcription. Results can be played back and exported as MIDI to your DAW or notation software.
Focus
- Focus mode lets you highlight the instrument in the stereo mix that you want to hear. And, when you're done figuring out the part then switch to inverted Focus mode to remove the instrument and practice with the backing track.
Change Tempo, Pitch or Both!
- zplane's elastique Pro is one of the best and the most used time-stretching algorithms in the world. And of course, it's also inside deCoda. You can slow things down or speed them up and change the key to make it fit your instrument or voice. deCoda also detects the tuning frequency of the song and matches it automatically to your preferred tuning frequency - no manual setup needed.

Do Kilohearts run sales?
I'd like to pick up Multipass but not sure if I should wait or not.
Kilohearts used to run occasional sales. Not sure what's happening next since the recent release of v2, where they gave away the Snapins, plus had a sale on Phase Plant.
I see that they are still offering the $9.99 month "Everything" subscription, where you get a $100 voucher every 12 months to buy perpetual licenses with.
QuoteSubscriber Rewards
A few people have asked if this is rent-to-own, and the answer is: Almost. Because the content of the Kilohearts Subscription keeps on growing, there is no fixed price to pay off. So instead, we created Subscriber Rewards..
For every twelve months you subscribe, we will give you back a $100 Kilohearts coupon.
The months do not have to be consecutive, so if you need to take a break you can still re-subscribe later and pick up where you left off. And if you don't claim your coupon it will increase in value by another $100 for every further 12 months you subscribe!
We feel that this is even better than rent-to-own as you’re not committed to anything and if you quit subscribing after twelve months you will still have a $100 coupon to spend!
- Subscriber Rewards coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons or discount promotions.
- Coupons will be fully consumed at purchase. No remaining amount will be available for another purchase.

I doubt they could ship anything for $27 to a US address, unless it's coming from a warehouse somewhere in Kansas.

I understood the issue. It was just the way he commented on those that didn’t seem to read it right that I perceived as rude. All good if that was not the case, but I read those answers yesterday and today and felt the same way each time.
Sorry to hear that you are not comfortable with the comments here, but understood. Those comments did not appear to me to be intended as personal attacks in any way, but we are entitled to our own opinions. Is English your main language? Nothing wrong if it's not, but perhaps some humor was lost here in translation?
Requesting that folks read and understand the posts in the forum is not disrespectful, because often confusion ensues when others follow a misunderstanding down a rabbit hole.
Besides he is Larry, and he gets a long leash... ?

Not a big deal. At least, not big enough a discount to get this deal.
It appears that you are bashing Larry now because you refuse to clearly understand the issue that was posted.
Please try this below, and then think about it for a minute, and maybe you will see it too! There is simply no $178 price, as the partner's page claims! It's still $339!!!!!!!

Does Thomann have a USA distribution center?

I have RX9 Standard, and it includes an impressive list of tools! I get the impression that RX9 Advanced is aimed at post production professionals. If that is true, would it also be useful for the average home studio user not involved in film or TV?
"Designed specifically for the demanding needs of post production professionals, RX 9 Advanced continues to be the industry standard audio repair tool used on movies and TV shows to restore damaged, noisy audio to pristine condition."

Thanks for the replies ... So I'm now on Windows 11, I tried to download the CCC from https://www.cakewalk.com/command-center but for some reason it refuses to download, I noticed that the version of CCC Setup was 1.1.7.1 which I already had on my old system so I copied that over and that installed and ran ok, So far so good.
If you have any other Sonar or Cakewalk issues, please open a new thread in general Cakewalk support forum. You are more likely to engage with Cakewalk staff there. This is the "Deals" thread, and not many staff members hang out here.

I then installed the latest version of CbB - ok
Install CbB last. Make sure that you already have all of the Sonar extras installed first.
In the order of oldest to newest. That works best, and is what the Cakewalk staff has always recommended.
Some installers may be looking for Sonar to be available on the system, such as indicated by the error 'Cannot locate the required version of the program on this system. Please install the correct version of the program to use this pack'.

Here's a screen grab of SnapHeap showing off a large number of factory preset chains, as well as the available macro knobs that can be controlled in real-time, or automated, and the modulators at the bottom.
This thing is modular, so you can pretty much add any of the 24 Essential Snapins anywhere, in any order. Nice for sound design stuff. Start with a preset and then add, delete, or move the Snapin modules as you explore.
SnapHeap runs as an audio FX plugin in your DAW.

Highly recommend the Kilohearts $29 SnapHeap Snapin Host to use with these Essentials FX. Turn them into an awesome FX rack!!!
It allows you to build up to seven serial or parallel effects chains and modulate every parameter using Kilohearts' powerful modular modulation system.

Just ignore the Slate promos in this video, as this was an older video produced by Slate, but it still gives a nice overview of what you can do with Kilohearts SnapHeap.

You have to reinstall Sonar that had the plugins you want in CbB. But I think you can run the installer and only select the things you want, e.g plug-ins but not main software -IIRC. It’s been a while since I looked into this.
@icu81b4This is pretty much it. It is recommended to first install any of the Sonar products you wish to have available, the then install Cakewalk by BandLab to pick up the old stuff. You can do selective installs, but installing the full Sonar program itself really doesn't require much disk space, and you can be sure that you got everything.
If you are referring to Sonar X1-X3, or Platinum, the installers are still available in your old Cakewalk account. For the Sonar Platinum era installers, you should use Cakewalk Command Center to access the desired installations. CCC will download, install, and activate the selected installers for you, no serial numbers or activation codes required.
Also, CCC has separated many of the instrument and plugin suite installers from the core Sonar installer. But just be aware that there are a few items such as Roland V-Vocal that are part of the core Sonar install, and I don't recall the details of what all of those were.

I assume that you already had a Kilohearts account? The installer is only aware of what is already licensed to your account, or else you can try out the trials.
I believe they gave away the Essentials + Snap Heap when they recently upgraded everybody to v2.0. They are charging $29 for Snap Heap now.
