How long does Best Service typically take to update your account with an IK Multimedia serial? Placed an order for T-RackS Sunset Sound about 2 hours ago. Still nada for serial... "Sorry, currently not available". By comparison my PreSonus order yesterday at Best Service was completed instantly!

Have been a Waveform user since v8, and am up to date with v11. But I'm not an Apple fanboi. ? Instead, I might be willing to try their build on the Ras Pi. Just for grins! ?

I got most of the presets from V Collection 7 included in Analog Lab 4, with the exception of the few new synths that were just introduced in VC 7. I'm showing 7,496 factory presets in AL 4. Those presets were also included in Analog Lab V because of my license for AL4, plus the 2,397 new presets in the new AL V factory bank. I don't have any of the full Arturia instruments yet, except for Pigments 2. So I think what changed in AL V is that you don't get the full preset collection anymore, unless you own the previous version of AL, or the V collection.

Ableton Lite is a very capable DAW. Just seems that many of the really cool Live demos or tutorials utilize some feature from Suite. I have the Standard Edition and still feel limited by that at times... but really have no interest in paying for Suite. But I might add one or two instruments a la carte someday. I got Live 5 full version in a keyboard bundle like 10 years ago, and I've kept up with the cheap upgrades to Standard.

Cakewalk comes with SI Drum Kit. Just insert it as a virtual instrument track, and play along with one of the included patterns. You can adjust the tempo of the project any way you like, and the drum kit will stay in sync with the project. You can audition the patterns from within the Drum Kit UI. Then you can drag and drop any of the patterns you like into the track as a MIDI clip, that you can edit and arrange them as you need to accompany your music. There are also multiple pre-defined drum kits that you can choose from in the program browser.

And Cherry also has the same deal on the ARP 2600. Trying that demo now...

I did some more digging on these 2 presets and it appears that it's only happening with LFO 1 on layer 2. KV331 will probably figure this out and fix quickly. Many of the presets don't even use Layer 2, so maybe that influenced the oversight. If you encounter this issue, you can isolate the problem layer by enabling/disabling each layer one at a time. LFO 1 is apparently modulating the pitch here on these presets. You can flatten the curve in Mod Matrix to zero the LFO 1, or select a new target, and the weird sound stops as soon as the pitch modulation quits. There seems to be a bug in the preset Layer 2 routing here, that was missed in Beta testing.
