As for the other suggestions are ezDrummer and AD2 really better than BF3? I remember back in the day trying BF2 in a friends studio and thinking it was great??‍♂️

Their products are appealing and cheap, their promo work is spectacular, i’ve tried two or three of their catalog and thought they were alright, however when it comes to pull the trigger i always end up letting them slip away, and cant really put my finger on why is that, maybe they appear to be a little limited in scope, or they feel a little like cheating i dont know. But everytime there is a sale (which is often) it gets me thinking… Do you end up using them in music production or are they just cool to play around?

If you have the time try to see some of the venus theory videos about Falcon, or on UVI page that are also hosted by him. Some of them are pretty good and can help you to see if it fits you. In fact they are significantly different, i would say that Kontakt is more of a music composer instrument and Falcon more suitable for a sound designer.

I think you refer to their latest sale, you could buy Falcon at that price but you had to buy two more products from them to reach that discount
