Working with the demo, I can see what Matt is talking about. this is like learning a whole new DAW, from scratch! Plaqyed with it for about an hour. Saw what it's about, and some of what you can do with it. But definitely need to spend more time with it. It's a new way doing things... and that takes time. And if your not getting pleasing results, or the results you trying for, you loose interest. At least that's the way it works for me. Will have to watch some of the video tutorials. Might miss this sale.

Thanks Matt for the review. I am d/l the demo and installing as I type. One thing I was wondering Matt, are the bugs show stoppers? Or more of annoyances? If you buy now you can get the upgrade to V4 for free. Read that on the product website.

I got one of these at that price. So far so good. Speed is nice. Not slow at all. Well I mean it ain't PCIe 4 speeds, but it will transfer a 250gb file a lot fast than I thought it would, that's for sure.

I own the full ReMatix and I put Sessions 1 in my cart and it brought up the second Session code. I had both in my cart and the total was just under $57 for both! I didn't pull the trigger. I want them, but not right now.

I couldn't even find two plugins that I wanted that would get me over the $75 requirement to use the $50 voucher I have. I had two in my cart, and with the code they would have cost me $29 for both ($15 each, not a bad price actually). But I didn't want to spend the $29 on those plugins. I can find something more interesting. Anybody want that $50 voucher?

I've got a Acer 27" 1920x1080 using the on board video from my i9 9900k. This screen size with this resolution is exactly what I was looking for. Nothing is too small in CbB. And as Lord Tim says, with skylight being alomost the perfect UI for a DAW, I have barley use my second screen. In fact, the second screen won't get hooked up with this new build. This is the screen I have, but is no longer available from Newegg. But I do see other sellers have it still available. I bought it back in 2015 on a CHristmas sale new for $230. That's the most I ever spent on a monitor, but realized real quick that it was worth every cent. Don't skimp on the monitor. That's what your looking at for a long time.

Getting "Sound Content Installation Failed" with just certain sound installers. I think I remember something about this when ST4 came out. Not sure where to post this either. Trying to install ST$ on my new machine. And let me tell you with no hesitation, IK's installation process is a FPITA! I have installed ST 2, 3, and now trying to install ST 4 and this is just ridiculous. I still have Miroslav 2, T Racks 5, Amplitube, Syntronik to install. This is just .... very frustrating to say the least.

Not sure. I have used it but not that much. And I can't remember if I loaded any of my own IR's into it. That was the reason I was wanting to try it out, to work with all my IR's that I have. And if your like me, I know you got a ton of them!!

I think the player, IR app is. But you have to buy the speaker IR's. And I don't think they ever gave any away for free. I may be wrong about that. But like you, I have it too. Never used it much yet. I really didn't buy into the "whole signal chain" approach. I want a Speaker IR to do that, not everything.

Check this out. I went to UJam website and I have an account. I evidently bought Sparkle while on my Surface and didn't want to d/l 3+gb of content over my cell connection. And somewhere down the road I forgot about it!! Duh! I may pick up the bass plugin once all this virus stuff gets over.

For some reason I haven't noticed this plugin. How is it for creating bass lines? Lots of midi lines or is it limited? Does it need kontakt? And finally, how is it authorized?
