They have sales on the WUP plan throughout the year. IDK when they happen. But when Waves do have the sales, go to your account and get the upgrade price. Then you will see an option to purchase from a dealer/third party. They will give you a code that you need to take to Koby over at everyplugin.com He has the best prices for Waves updates.
You can go to everyplugin.com and they have a link if your looking for Waves Update Plan. Click that and send Koby a message telling him what you want to do. He may ask for your Waves account info so he can look into what you already have, giving you the best option. He has helped me and others get good deals on our Waves plugins. I trust him.

I do love being able to use an SSL console strip, along with a Lexicon reverb to do vocals with. Sounds just so sweet!!

I got in on the $49 level also when I thought all I needed (? yeah right!) was the eight ST4 sound packs I didn't have. So that should have left me with what 8-23=15, right?! Yes. But all I am showing in my Promo page is a my purchase of Sampletron, and not the purchase of Electric Grand C70P as it was showing.
All I have is the option to choose 23 freebies from my purchase of Sampletron 2. The other 15 left over from the first purchase are now gone?!
Anyone with more than one purchase clue me in on what's going on?

OK. been watching this thread (and the first one (RIP!)) since the beginning thinking that if I got in at the top level, all I could get was Sampletron 2 and my only freebie would be the Hammond B3. SO it just wasn't worth it to me to get in. But it was fun to watch and read and.....
Wait a minute... now they have added the X-Gear pedals! And I realized I ain't got everything!! Don't have the Comprexxor, don't have Space Delay!
So I sit for a minute and think, nah, I'm good. Really don't need any of that stuff.
Then the GAS hit me! Like a ton of bricks!!
For $112 I got in on the $199 tier. And I got it all baby!! I got it all!!! ???
D/L Sampletron sounds now!!
That B3 is next!!
But I will not select anymore until the fat lady has sung!!!

It doesn't look like UA plugins will work on the Volt interface. So no go there.
It really isn't that bad looking interface. Seems to have all the stuff you would want. Priced reasonably well also. Entry level at $139. Top of the line Volt is $369.

Yes I think you hit the nail on the head. But like you say, bigger question is will it come with Luna? If it does, it would open up a market segment to UA that they might not get otherwise.

Well, I got so much IK stuff that even with me in the lowly $49 level I got a lot more added to my available picks. I will have to go through each one, but I think I already have them all.
Still, it was a wonderful thing IK did to help make this the best sale ever.
I told ya'll it would go all the way!!

Damn!! I had one too. Way back in the day. I bought it from Lafayette Electronics through thier mail order catalog!!!
It was the one that plugged into the input of the amp and you plugged your guitar into it.. It had a switch on it too.
Yeah it was noisy... but back then, it had the sound!!!
I had it running into an old 10watt Klamazoo (Gibson) amp.
