Did you watch the video? I think that he wants all of the stuff he puts out to stand for quality, even the free ones. A few of those free libraries are very basic, they are prototypes, as it says on his homepage. It's nice of him to give people a heads up, so they can download them before they dissappear. I'd wager that we will see some of these sounds in a new repackaged (and maybe in part free again) form in the future.
