  1. Hm. Owning some of the plugins of a bundle usually lowers the price. Apparently not in this case. What a pity.
  2. Mind if I hijack this thread to throw in all the sample and preset shops that currently have similar sales? I didn't bother to create new threads for each of them because I have the impression that most people here are after plugins rather than samples, templates and presets. Godlike Loops - 50% off everything with HALLO50. If you like Trap, 1st Place Bundle for $10 (with coupon applied) might be worth checking out. Contains lots of loops, one-shots and MIDI, plus a soundbank with 41 presets for Analog Lab. Synth Ctrl - Buy 2, get 3 free (in other words 5 for the price of 2). Lots of preset packs for Serum with around 120 presets per pack (it varies). Also Ableton Live templates. Oblivion Sound Lab - One of my favorite sound designers. Halloween Sale on Dark Vision (50% off) and Dark Vision 2 (20% off) with 128 and 127 presets for DIVA. Another 15% off with code HELLO-WM8QA5B Abletunes - 20% off everything with code SPOOKY20 until November 2nd. Still too expensive, in my opinion, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to get cheaper than that. Good quality though, me thinks. Modern Producers - 33% off everything until 1st of November with code SCARY33. Worth checking out the bundles. Not a halloween discount but a tip for all Cubase and Serum users. I just have to get this one off my chest: Tonepusher's Patreon. For just 5€ you get to download a lot of Cubase project files. They're the ones that Tonepusher created for the preset pack demos. And when I say a lot, I mean A LOT! I think it was more than 100 projects. All also including the Serum presets. And stems. And MIDI files. Plus links to unlisted YouTube videos with sound design tutorials. Best deal of that kind that I've ever come across.
  3. They're known for MIDI packs and romplers. They did have a fiasco when they relaunched their website. As @MusicMan said, all accounts were gone and with them all purchases. But the software doesn't have any authorisation system, so if you've kept the installers or vst files, you can still use the software.
  4. Hm. I didn't receive such an email. Maybe it's only for certain countries.
  5. I'm confused. Orchestrator is part of Orchestra. You can also buy it as an individual product. But it requires Orchestra to run. So where's the point in buying it individually?
  6. On their YouTube channel they show the suggested settings for using their voices in rap mode. See the video below, starting at 1 minute, 23 seconds. They say that though Synthesizer V now has rap mode, they haven't made any changes to their database to optimize their singers for that mode. So, to get the best results they suggest making some manual adjustments. For Solaria, they recommend using higher values for "Solid" in vocal mode and for Asterian a high value for "Strained" or "Rough". For Solaria you should use a note range from G3 to F4, for Asterian from B2 to F3. You probably already know how to switch to rap mode, but in case you don't: You select all the notes that should use rap mode, then in the note properties tab you have the pitch mode. Here you select "rap" and all notes turn from green to pink to show that they now use rap mode.
  7. Where can I sign up for that? I don't see that option anywhere.
  8. You select the voicebank and then further down below you find the update button.
  9. @El Diablo I've installed Synthesizer V on Windows but I don't remember if a warning came up. I've had warnings for a lot of legit company's products, therefore the warnings don't mean anything to me anymore. The software comes as both, standalone and vst. You need to have Synthesizer V to use the additional voicebanks. There's also a free version of Synthesizer V with limited capabilities. The cheapest way to get Synthesizer V, I believe, is to buy it at dlsite.com, a Japanese online shop. The shop already has low prices, plus you get a 30% voucher when you create an account. They don't have all voices though.
  10. This might be old news, I have no idea. I found it in an Instagram ad. https://www.audiotent.com/zinc/ I know Audiotent make great MIDI, so I assume that this free pack is worth sharing. Haven't tested it myself yet.
  11. https://nnaud.io/plugins/cowboy-harp-free-jaw-harp-plugin From the website: A Tribute To The Twangy Melodies Of A Bygone Era Whether you’re a composer working on the score for a gritty gunfight, a nostalgic saloon scene, or simply yearning to infuse your music with the authentic spirit of the Wild West, the “Cowboy Harp” audio plugin is your trusty sidearm. Its twangy notes transport you back to a time of duels and dust-covered trails, of pioneers and bandits, ensuring your music captures the heart of the Old West. Lasso your creativity and let it roam freely across the sun-drenched plains and rugged canyons of yesteryear with the “Cowboy Harp.”
  12. @smde the code ESBNAMM2023 works again. I've just used it and got 30% off for Solaria. Unfortunately tax added 19% back in for me, so it was $74.96 in the end ? Still, the best price that I could get for Solaria. Thank you for posting this, @Reid Rosefelt ?
  13. The new minimum starts on first of November
  14. The cheapest way that I found was Readly. If you're new to Readly they offer you a cheap trial, or even a free one. It depends on where you live. In Great Britain, for example, you get two months for free: https://gb.readly.com/accounts/sign_up?a=create I'm in Germany and got two months for 1.99€. Yes, the freebies are usually limited versions, often specially made for CM. ImpOSCar will be the full version though.
  15. Are you sure that it's the October issue? Because the one that came out at beginning of October is actually the November issue. CM327 is the one that has Baby Audio's Beat Slammer as a freebie and on the front page it says "Create Club-Shaking Techno". The December issue should be available on the first of November.
  16. Readers of Computer Music Magazine will get GForce's soft synth Imposcar 2 for free with issue CM328 (that's the December issue 2023). Source:
  17. @Niky Serrano thank you for taking your time to test this for me. I've now contacted their support.
  18. Oh. Well that's awkward. I already got pure:limit from them from another purchase. I wanted to get a free month of Loopcloud. Does that work for you too?
  19. As I said, I'm in Germany, where the tax is 19%, not 21% like in Spain. That's why the price for me is €0.99 and for you it's €1.
