I just got this sent by PM. Guy's got to be kidding right? I wrote to his customer service at least five times (both email and web form) regarding a bug in a plugin I bought and never got a reply. Completely ignored. So what the hell is it with this? Anybody else get one?

If you're asking if you can use sampled instruments then the answer is no. It must be a real guitar or bass connected directly. You also have to include a photograph of the guitar used.

Gearing up for Black Friday (who isn't). Anyway, I bought the Arturia FX collection thinking it might give me a cheaper upgrade to V9. No deal showed up on my account but I figure they usually add those when they put V9 on sale? That is normally the case seeing as I have Analog Lab Lite as well. I just registered a Vox Continental License. After I'd done that a V9 crossgrade offer showed up in my account. €499 instead of €599. Question is...I believe I'll get a cheaper crossgrade to V9 in the next sale on the back of the fx collection. Will the fact that I have one of the instruments from V9 bring it down further? Anyone know? Thanks

Does any one know?...if I buy individual plugins on sale in the Eternal Madness is the 70% back you get towards completing bundles calculated on the sale price or the full price?

I've accepted it and moved on but...it wasn't a pricing error. AD confirmed that. It was a dispute between the distributor and TAL for whatever reason. "This was not a pricing mistake by us and in line with the many promotions we are running during our Anniversary sale. We were informed today by the US Distributor that a dispute arose between them and TAL Software and they would not be supplying any more licenses for any outstanding orders and have ended the promotion."

Sorry...what do you mean about purchasing separately? I bought Guitar Architect and downloaded and activated the beta as the full version hasn't been officially released yet. There is a whole load of stomp boxes including ... Edit: Hang on...just loaded it up and tried to load the studio effects. Didn't see that it says demo when I was trying it. I just looked at the description which says..."There are 40 amp, 13 cabinet, and 26 stompbox simulators included in MGuitarArchitect, as well as ten studio-style processors and eight utility processors. They are all fully customizable, so you can carefully control the gain, tone, and filtering of your guitar signal, as well as make any necessary changes to each effect’s individual parameters. This means you have an almost infinite amount of options for finding your optimal sounds." That says to me that the studio-style processors are included...which they're not :(.
