Insta Composer is the worst investment I'll ever make! The idea is great, horrible execution. After you "randomize" it so much, you'll find it'll start back from the beginning and go thru the list again as if it's not really randomized but sequenced. The randomized part is randomizing the list of events of a list and not the chords or progressions, so in the end, you'll end up noticing that it sounds the same eventually, time and time again. Imagine another artist using the same thing... What's the odds you'll both sound the same musically? Yeah.. don't waste your money on it like I did.

Almost bought this, but requires you create an account for coupon, so I skipped it. If it was easy as use your Google account to create an account.. Then sure.. But I've got to create a user name... Password... Answer stupid questions... Waste of time.

I would love to be able to draw the line, instead of just modifying it to be straight or exaggerate it's curviness.

No worries. They always got sales. As of lately, I have been seeing them do lots of sales over this year. It's as if they are struggling to get more money recently. Not sure why, but they have increased how often they do sales.

If I really wanted to test this plugins out, I could run them in a sandbox on Windows in a container, watch what settings they create, then just copy the plugins I want from that windows and the settings, and move them over to my studio computer. But do I really want to have to work that hard?

I just don't like how it chooses to cut the vocals, instruments, etc. it's a personal preference. I understand you can choose for yourself, but I don't want to have to fight the plugin and rather just make my own decisions.

I don't think Melda Production would have done this on purpose. I just think it's possible that they have acquired a virus or malware in their computer system and when they compiled the software, it snuck itself into the compiler and added itself into the code OR the new installer has be infected with the virus for which they didn't know about. There's also a possiblity that a lot of malware uses the same installer system that they use, because it's open source and free. That similar code is what is being detected. I bet if they create thier own installer or change the installer, it would no longer affect Virus Total.

FL Studio might be Allied with Cakewalk, both fighting in unison against the other DAW creators OR Cakewalk knows it's more superior than FL Studio like Windows to Macintosh back in the 90s. Cause clearly Windows is now on my S**t list for upgrades due to many many reasons.

The problem is all the versions up to v16 passed the Virus Total test. Why would it now flag v17? Sounds fishy to me. Is there a way to install without using the new installer?

However, I’ve thought about running a copy of windows in vmware, then instead of restarting the DAW, I just suspend windows in vmware, and come back later in order to use plugins line that without worrying about it losing settings.

I don’t create EDM or electronic based music, and this by far is the most useful plugin for creating just about any imaginable reverb that you need. Most of my music genre is Pop, Rock, Country, Western, Alternative, Rap, Hip-hop, common radio genres. Although, I’ve listened to drum and bass, techno, edm, etc… usually at night clubs. Just giving you an idea on what genres i use it on. I think most people think Shaperbox is for EDM based genre, and for the most part it is… but I’ve done some amazing things with ReverbShaper that I couldn’t have done elsewhere. If you get the whole Shaperbox (which I believe you can upgrade for the difference after buying one of them), There’s presets you can try. Also.. do note. Cableguys creator of ShaperBox plugins let you try their plug-ins indefinitely. The only limitation is that it won’t save the settings, it won’t save presets, and every time you restart the DAW, it starts the plugin from scratch. No silence limitations. No noise interruptions. So, if your on a budget, do what I did at first, take a screen shot of the settings, so when you reload your DAW, you can quickly set it back up.

How do you install it on iPad?

Just get Shaperbox ReverbShaper and be done with needing any more reverb plugins. 😂

I would buy, but since I’ve moved a lot to ipad for production, I’ve been avoiding new vst3 plugins.

I do recommend BBC Symphony Orchestra Core if your undecided. I own that one and I’m satisfied enough not to need the upgrade.
