  1. I love the old one, but the new one I don't even want it.
  2. I hope this will work in 2 days When I get paid.
  3. I was told 20 years ago to not ever use AMD chipset for any music production and to always use Intel chipsets. I'll stand by this, even today, knowing what you just mentioned.
  4. Hi. Just curious how low I could get this price. The new V15 is off interest to me, especially the new new Sidechain Filter added to the SSL G-Master Buss Compressor. Don't dog me for checking. I know a bunch has moved away from Waves, but if it wasn't for Waves, I wouldn't have even gotten started. Their budget plugins had helped me and I won't deny it. Thanks for any of your help!
  5. Has anyone actually bought anything from bhphotovideo? Due to some extremely low prices, I've always thought that they was a SCAM site.
  6. Just to let you guys know... Not sure if Baby Audio fixed this issue or not. When I tried to install on Windows 10, Windows SmartScreen said that Baby Audio wasn't recognized by Microsoft and might pose a security risk. Baby Audio told me to just click "more info" and run anyway. I decided not to install. That's a great way to accidently install malware even if Baby Audio didn't create any malware.
  7. This might be a stereotype, but I associate Ableton Live and Cubase with femininity. It could be because I only see women on YouTube present these DAWs, even if men present these DAWs, women don’t seem to like anything else OR YouTube’s algorithm just keeps sending me women using only these DAWs. No offense to those with pronouns. I’m referring to what people think women was back in the 80s.
  8. I wonder if that’ll work on my Atari 130XE?
  9. Yes, I’m trying to still figure out the best way to share files from desktop to iPad Cubasis. I may end up just putting audio wav tracks into a usb as the file transfer process. I was thinking about getting Cubase for the PC, but they’ve not created a easy method of sharing project files. It is as if Cubasis and Cubase is two totally different software packages. Cubasis is most likely going to serve me as a mastering DAW.
  10. I bought it recently. From my playing around with it, it can do quite a bit. The only problem is that there’s so much lack of plugins externally and maybe reason why all the plugins are so much cheaper on iPads. FabFilter is extremely cheaper that it might be better to buy now before people find out !! There’s ToneBridge plugin that can grab the guitar sound from any guitar from any song and make your guitar sound just like that guitar and it is free. Plugin works in Cubasis. If you buy Cubasis, I highly recommend Halion Sonic collection, because those sounds are much better than default. Or find a external instrument plugin. Cubasis hasn’t crashed on me yet (knock on ?). I plan to use Cubasis with FabFilter to do by mastering and I still will use my desktop computer for the mixing / creation process because I have thousands of sounds that I can’t figure out how to get Cubasis to use them as it doesn’t support VST, but only AUv3.
  11. That’s a good deal compared to elsewhere is 199.50 sweetwater and musicians friend. The upgrade from any standard version 2-13 is $99.50. Just find a cheap copy of a version 2-13 standard and upgrade for less. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Komp14RupKR--native-instruments-komplete-14-standard-software-production-suite-update-from-komplete-standard-2-13
  12. PRESONUS STUDIO ONE 6 ARTIST UPGRADE FROM ARTIST (ALL VERSIONS) Artist from Artist? I see that too and when i put in cart: Coupon codes are not available for this manufacturer (Presonus)
  13. Love Mastering the mix RESO, FUSER, and EXPOSE… the other plugins…not my fancy, but cudos cclarry for great deal!
  14. The website boasts "powerful instruments," but honestly, I'd rather have non-powerful instruments that allow for subtlety and finesse. Take an acoustic guitar, for example. Its simplicity encourages a deeper connection with the music and the musician's touch. ? Don’t get me wrong, I own 60+ Melda Production plugins, it’s just this one is that one Off.
  15. That oddly looks like a Blue Cat development audio plugin environment.
  16. see above sorry.. was confused on this thread since i was working on posting Cubasis and thought of it when answering. Pat Osterday answers the question.
  17. I have the iPad (10th generation) which doesn’t have the M1 chipset and works perfectly fine!

  19. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/cubasis-3-daw-music-studio/id1207839273 you can even plugin your MIDI keyboard into your ipad and use it in Cubasis! I’m using my old PCR-300 by Roland from over 15 years ago! The prices of plugins are extremely low and you can save money buying them on iPad!
  20. https://apps.apple.com/us/app-bundle/fabfilter-pro-bundle-2023/id1714776460 Update: The iPad version of this...the PDC working or not has many complaints across the internet. SO... FULL WARNING... PDC is the issue with these plugins on iPad!
  21. Fabfilter is tons cheaper on iPad shop. You can get the Fabfilter Pro Bundle for $89.99. And use Cubasis with it… to do your final mastering. on my desktop i use Reaper.. and Shaperbox 3 could go on it.. Fabfilter is expensive on PC compared to iOS iPad. I’m leaning towards Shaperbox 3, then later get Fabfilter on iPad.
  22. Yeah, which would you buy first if you had to choose one?
  23. Curious… FabFilter bundle vs Shaperbox 3. Which would you rather have?
