  1. Nice on the ears, enjoyed it.
  2. "Blyss Mastering Channel is a 3-stage processor designed specifically to make busses — both mix and instrument — sound “prettier”. It also happens to sound incredible on individual tracks too. While it has multiple cascading Saturations, a 6-band EQ and a mastering grade Compressor, all sections have been greatly simplified to reflect Kush’s old-school approach to processing: less is more, choices are limited but comprehensive, and all sections are designed to work together, making it nearly impossible to produce a bad sound." $99.00 https://thehouseofkush.com/products/blyss

Yes, similar style & era as Gyra.

    I'm Back

Good start. It reminds me of Larry Carlton's tune Room 335 (where Larry borrowed the intro chords to Steely Dan's PEG)
  6. I'm looking forward to their next release that replaces VSR S24. That is (was) a killer verb. Should be very soon now.
  7. Nowadays I would think all the comps that come stock with a daw have a s/c feature & they're usually quite good. There's so many great comps available today, paid & free. I still sometimes go back to the one that pretty much started it all- Waves C1. Works as well as it did when I bought it over 20 years ago. (Didn't need to use WUP on it but once or twice in all that time.)
  8. For the next 7 days we are offering our three Hammond effects for just $19.99, that's a huge saving compared to normal prices. PSP L’otary2 - Our emulation of the Leslie speaker. PSP B-Scanner - Our emulation of the analog scanner. PSP Nexellence - The unique necklace type reverb from vintage Hammond organs. https://www.pspaudioware.com/
  9. I used it a few times. I deleted the link after it closed a few years ago. I can't recall the name.
  10. Don't think that Complete code would work for someone else. It's for this- https://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/topic/31451-relab-x480-essentials-upgrade-to-lx480-complete-50-off/
  11. It might be problems with their website, they're currently doing a migration. Here's a screenshot of what I got with that link.

  15. First off I wouldn't think in those terms; 1O'/11 o'clock etc.. I don't use my daw computer for internet but have the 'computer speakers' set to different channels on my audio device other than the daw's main or monitor outs. Those are on separate channel outs. Try setting it up that way then pull the fader back until it matches your mixing levels. My system is calibrated @ 85dB SPL, my source mixes are around-26/-23 LUFS. Naturally mastered/ released material will have significant level differences between them. (Same with using reference mixes. I pull the levels back to match the nominal mix level I'm going for, not matching the mix to the references mastered level.)
  16. Mine are in a separate folder on a separate internal drive so I never had that problem. I also hand delete files in my aquarius/stage folder instead of purging them all at once. Newly released plugins always have updates in the first month or so..If you purge the entire folder you'll have to download all the larger main files over again, instead of just the smaller incremental ones. I wait a while then delete when the updates seem to taper off.
  17. I hand delete unwanted Acqua & N4 program sample rate .N2v files to save a bit of space on my drive. (The exception being Pink & a few other Acquas that need previous installs for new versions to function) I'm sure many users don't know that they can purge the Aquarius/ Stage folder that additionally stores the install files. That can use up allot of space if you never clean it out.
  18. Except for Tim Petherick's files ( AA-N4) which are usually smaller & sound better than the larger Acquas.
  19. Every so often there's a promo or survey & you can get them (Stereoizer, Stereoplacer, Monofilter) for about $15-20 each. I use MF quite a bit, although older I still prefer it for some tasks over other newer models or typical mono making methods.
