I used to use Interpolate to do this in CW. You can also use Velocity MFX using the Limit slider to lower upper, bring up lower midi velocities, or both very quickly. (I also do this dragging method in Cubase using this piano editor & Controller lane or by using the Midi modifiers feature.) Be aware that using any method this can tricky & doesn't always work. In orchestral libraries in particular there can be inconsistent levels in the audio samples themselves that require higher or lower velocities to sound consistent with their neighboring notes. Also, as with audio, over compressing midi can result in dull & lifeless performances (similar to over quantizing midi). Again it depends on the VI & library you're using.

I'm not sure if it should be there if it's a hardware emulation, it's a digital math thing..anyways I like the eq..clean but nice vibe. VERY low cpu, great for writing & getting projects together then adding other spice later on in the mixing stage..

That's called N4 Player. Tim isn't an official 3rd party dev. so it uses N4.

The Time Mod Pedal Pack came about as result of many customers over the years asking for flanger and chorus effects for Nebula. They are effects that have been speculated to be quite difficult to achieve realistically in Nebula. So, I took some time to look into it, spent many hours developing and i can now present this FREE pack. I can see it suffers from cramping though. It doesn't bother me, I can't hear any problems using it on 24 channels in a full mix but it does exist.

I started buying them when they first started out, very good plugins but hated the convoluted business model. When I decided to trim the fat from my plugins they were among the first to go.

Curious to test too, I currently only use CupReels Ax102.. There's a workaround for the full N4 install problem but be careful if you try because you might lost you're unofficial 3rd party libraries. I'm in no rush so will wait until it's fixed properly.

LA have good products but unfortunately it's tied to Acustica & as usual a buggy release. This needs the latest version of N4 which is only available for the player version. It will likely crash if you're using N4!

Check you levels on tracks, plugins & master. Does your master sound this distorted ? check file settings or file type you're uploading.

Nice plugin. If this had saturation like their daw or UA it would be even better. Low cpu, musical sounding eq, simple but effective comp/ limiter but most important it sounds good. Intro price is fair as well.
