Actually, did you use the 4 payment installments by any chance? Only fully paid products count.

Usually.

NGL, could take like 2 or 3 years until I try it for the first time.

It doesn't get cheaper than from Arturia directly. Unless you're talking in like 2 years.

I only have the UAD, DMG Audio and Lindell, so I obviously had to get this. I need help.

Oh yeah. Tone Empire and Boz come to mind. I might give those accounts away too. And possibly others. I just re-installed a bunch of plugins for the AUs because I'm evaluating Logic. Tried to stick to the core, essential stuff only and realised how much other sh-t I have that I never use. Not to mention everything that isn't even installed. An embarrassing amount, really, and I'm likely not even in the top 10 or even top 50 among users on here. I feel like a billionaire looking at their money. I could feed a country if I really wanted to. Or at least feed a handful of audio people with plugins I never use.

Like a rich man? -
Not that much detailed foley stuff here but probably useful anyway: https://www.freetousesounds.com

There's Pigments, Analog Lab and FX4 in there. A crossgrade to V will be $99 if you’re lucky.

Thank f— it’s gone.

Looks like this will be going to the very much deserving satya.

Don't get me started. BTW, in case anyone has all the free stuff only in their account and is worried about using multiple accounts or whatever.... I think I have all the freebies covered in there.
-
...and would like to take over mine with some stuff in it? For free. PM me.

Xils Labs Holiday Season Sales: up to 70% Off Everything!

Cheaper everywhere else, but StiX and SynX are exclusive to their own site. Which just reminded me I own StiX. ? -
I have a different experience. Did one of these before and it was straight up actually working on a mix for a couple of hours. Sure, they shared some general "mixing philosophies" and probably mentioned what they do have on offer to actually make some money (shame on them, right?), but that's just par for the course. They also do regular free courses and giveaways, so I'm not sure what's not to like. Another thing: they're asking for a phone number signing up for this. A fake one is fine. There's no validation of any kind.

Not really, but that might just be because I don’t like the device that much. I don't like the UAD in opto mode and I prefer Arousor LT for the VCA mode. I usually pick the 1176D or 2500 in TrackComp2 instead of either of them, however. -

Sound City Studios is incredible for placing something in a (different) room, including reverb busses. It gets a lot of use despite using >10% CPU. The others not so much. I've dabbled with LA3A and Distressor because I don’t own any clearly superior alternatives to them but I do for pretty much all of the rest of the plugins so I have barely touched them. Actually now that you mention it, I probably haven’t even opened like >80% of them and I'm not in a hurry to. What I've tried seemed fairly bread and butter. Good quality but not outstanding. The Studer was supposed to become my new main tape but didn’t get past Satin, the compressors didn’t get past DMG, Pulsar Modular or Pulsar Audio. All of them have a fairly high to high CPU hit, so that doesn’t help either. All in all, I don’t think anyone missed out terribly on this unless they REALLY wanted Sound City Studios, which I would honestly probably pay $149 for by itself. -
They can't all be winners.

Is the Clav new? I never noticed it before.

Softube American Class A Plugin for Native or Console 1 for $49
jngnz replied to Larry Shelby's topic in Deals
The Softube Spring Reverb is really good and lives on my spring reverb bus. Apart from that, now that you mention it, I pretty much don't use any of my 20-25 Softube plugins. Including the Weiss Deess that I just bought without demoing like an idiot. Might throw that on a master or drum bus every once in a while just so it doesn't feel like wasted money... edit: actually, I use their transient shaper ALL THE TIME. That's another good one.
