  1. Instead of the "Bettermaker," the "Worsersounder"!
  2. The tiers on the link Pat posted hadn't been updated either.
  3. Something to aspire to! Or...something to which I should aspire? Am now focused on vocab and grammar!
  4. At the same time, though, it's included in the revised 'mix tape' promotion where you can choose 10 for $99 - and this includes IIRC Capitol Chambers, Ocean Way, Soundcity etc!
  5. I agree! I have a *lot* of top-tier piano libraries (VI Labs, VSL, Garritan, Kawai Legend, Noire/Claire + oodles of others) and the Pianoverse instruments have surprised me in a really good way. I was expecting something almost Sampletank-y, but these are very, very good. They're not as refined as some of the others, and IK continue to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by misleading you on just how much drive space you need to install them, but I will get a lot of use and pleasure out of these instruments!
  6. FWIW, this same process/link gives you a coupon to get the whole Korg Collection v5 for $249. I had this on my Black Friday list anyway, so I jumped on it.
  7. Thanks IK - It's showing up in my promotions area now!
  8. Thanks IK (are you still Peter?). Is there a direct email for support? If not, should I put this ticket in as Hardware or sales related?
  9. Is there a grace period? I ordered a TonexOne on Sept 12th and just registered it two days ago!
  10. I'm hoping the full Korg Collection goes on sale for Black Friday - I think last year it was $199 for the whole shebang.
  11. Agreed; I was surprised at how much new stuff there was. It's not a bad way of getting all the pianoverse and tonex packs as well as a few newer T-Racks things.
  12. I'll see you SSL (which I agree sucks for installation) and raise you a Fitbit. Took over an hour to get my wife's set up - my daughter's Samsung band and my Garmin took < 5 mins!
  13. It's tough to offer stuff at a premium price when you've built a reputation of making fantastic tools and selling them at less than they're worth!
  14. Hmph. Just bought the JD800 a couple of days ago! The D50 had been on my list as well as I'm on a nostalgia kick. Ah well.
  15. She's amazing. And also very funny (e.g., "Down home dispensary"). I came across when looking for cover versions of GoMM a couple of years back, and it's just stunning.
  16. Qualification seems to be broad: I sent proof that I was a current faculty member at a uni (you don't have to be studying or teaching music). You have to add items to cart to see the 50% reduction, I believe.
  17. Just throwing this out there, but I discovered that I was eligible for Eventide's educational discount - which is 50% off the *sale* prices. Got my long-awaited T-verb for under $40 USD!
  18. Really appreciate the careful review, Brian - and great tip on the IR for acoustics, which I would never have thought of. I replaced the Fishman system in my Taylor 300-series with an LR Baggs Anthem - it's a huge improvement for recording, but still lacking in an amplified context, so this is really useful info!
  19. Be curious to see what you think of it when you've had a chance to put it through it's paces properly.
  20. Up and running now. If anyone got an email with a 'forward to friends' code and has nobody else to send it to, I'll gladly take one 🙂
  21. I didn't even know the essentials version of this existed. I don't know how it compares to the full version, but the full one is my go to for piano reverb! $25. https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/products/relab-rev6000-essentials.html?lid=y4b49cnetkrl&utm_medium=email&utm_source=newsletter&utm_campaign=EXT Relab + Safari Pedals launch | active users + MEGA | 20/05/2025&utm_id=190bfc58-529a-44c6-a4ee-11fac225b5dc&utm_content=newsletter-email_190bfc58-529a-44c6-a4ee-11fac225b5dc
