They could be demos.. it doesn't mention that unless I missed it, but demos aren't normally free for a set period of time. They're not full versions though either as looking at the size of the full ones, 40GB for all of these isn't enough. So maybe they're a cut down version. My opinion of Muze so far hasn't changed.. haha..
-
It just seems to be a Chrome extension downloader which isn't completely surprising given it's 40GB. I'm still installing and downloading on a second computer though and would rather not install it. But it will be uninstalled as soon as I'm finished.

Any standouts that people really love from them? They seem pretty well regarded, but it's hard to know what is what.
-
Great price for it! I'd say they're dropping it this low to get the last remaining sales and then will release the update and start selling that. People that paid a $100 less than the previous low sale price are probably less likely to complain once the new paid update is released shortly after.

Tone Empire Soul Squash Compressor Pedal Plugin FREE! Normally $39USD
MusicMan replied to PavlovsCat's topic in Deals
I am sure, but only just! I refreshed after I posted and your post wasn't there. If you refresh a few times so not right at the start of the minute, you will also see my post will show as a minute ahead, so there definitely wasn't much in it ? I'm not really worried either way though, I more just mentioned it because it keeps the history more lean when searching for old posts and sales if we're thinking about buying things. And you're not wrong with Lars.. even getting a tie would be an achievement at times.. Haha.. -

You might need to be put "Delete" in the Title so the mods see it.

Some great choices there and I'm the same, the top 3 would change every week.. haha.. I've used them all apart from Phoenix. They're all surprising quite different either in sound, or features. I might have to give Overstayer a demo at some stage just out of curiosity.

Out of curiosity, what are the other two?
-
I've thought about this one a few times but I believe they have now changed thr installer and online checks for it and it requiring an always active connection, etc. Think I'll give it a miss now.
-
I do wish they would abandon WUP ?
-
Welcome Sistine and still not a bad EQ though. Pulsar stuff is pretty good. I do agree that's sometimes plugins can get lost in the sea of all the others though ?
-
You can, you just need to email them to do it as you can't automatically.

Yes, mine came through fine, but it said the same thing and took maybe 30 mins to an hour. I wasn't sure I was going to actually get the serial at that price, but almost fell off my chair when I did! I was already logged into Softube anxiously waiting to register it! Easily the best purchase of 2024 for me so far ?
-
Softube definitely seems to defy that and holds their prices more than most Devs, but this was an absurd price. I picked up MM-1 last year for $59, so with this upgrade that makes it $178 for the entire Weiss Collection which is $999 and generally gets discounted to around $500. You can get it a bit cheaper than that by picking up MM-1 and their DeEsser and I was going to upgrade to DS1 or complete that way, but DS1 alone never sells for $178. It does mean I could've skipped buying the DeEsser, but I got to use it in the meantime and I'll put it up for sale on KVR ? They've pulled the listed from the store now, so I'll need to to mark it as expired.

I normally snooze on updates for at least a week in case any bugs get found, but I'm actually really surprised there are any with Kazrog. I almost just updated anyway assuming they would be safe, but held off... Seems that may have been a good choice this time around.
