Can I use AutoPitch in my local CbB

An email from BandLab gave a link to try AutoPitch. This opens in a web browser.  Can I use AutoPitch in my local CbB, if so how do I add it, is it a VST or a regionFX?

Similarly, from my old analogue days, I wanted to try a aural exciter (used to add "sparkle" to vox, guitars etc.) Is there a free FX I can add?

What the Aural Exciter did was add harmonic distortion to higher frequencies. Many coloured compressors do this,   I think the  Molotok by Tokyo Dawn is one. Free.
