RIP to my FREE PROTOTYPES!

All good things must come to an end. On November 17th I’m scrubbing the internet of the FREE Kontakt sample libraries (I.e. Prototypes) I’ve been making and sharing since 2019.

Well over 20,000 of you have downloaded from my website, and who knows how many have been downloaded from Pianobook.

Will you see them again? Maybe. Maybe not. You better go grab them now from my website.

The free libraries are available on Pulse Audio and some of them also on Pianobook.

Some more details on this video:

why he cant just leave it at pianobook free forever?

Did you watch the video? I think that he wants all of the stuff he puts out to stand for quality, even the free ones. A few of those free libraries are very basic, they are prototypes, as it says on his homepage. It's nice of him to give people a heads up, so they can download them before they dissappear.

I'd wager that we will see some of these sounds in a new repackaged  (and maybe in part free again) form in the future.
