The double precision update is free to the registered users of Thermo2, which is available for Windows and Mac (VST3, AU, and standalone). New users can purchase a license for 109 EUR, and Thermo1 users can upgrade for 22 EUR. Thermo2 is also available within the sonicLAB Oscillator Bundle (Thermo2 + Fundamental3) for 183 EUR.
