Can't Create New Vocalign Region - might already have one?

i am unable to create a Vocalign region on some tracks that i just got done Melodyning.  Does it have something to do with Melodyne?  I may previously have created a Vocoalign region by misclicking but i cannot figure out how to prove that, let alone remove it so that i can start a new one.  Thoughts?

Bounce the Melodyne'd clip first (Render in the right click menu IIRC).
