drummers coupled with world class engineers and studios make Heavy Hitters

This landmark product was introduced in 1993 for hardware

samplers like Emulator III, Akai S1000, Roland S770 and more.

Now it's in Kontakt and it still rocks heavily.

A sound partnership with Reek Havok of Sounds Amazing and

Douglas Morton of Q Up Arts formed a powerhouse engineering and programming team to fully realize the scope and power of this collection of multi-sample drums.

These powerful drum hits were recorded during album

sessions at legendary studios: A&M Studios, Ocean Way & Music Grinders

by Eddie Offord, Bob Rock and Reek Havok.

This new edition features Q Up Arts new Kontakt GUI breathing new life into this legacy collection. This new Kontakt GUI offers unprecedented control over each instrument in the kits, panning, volume and tuning, plus we’ve added Lexicon 300 reverb impulses to the mix for the drum sound that

defined 80s-90s rock.
