We, Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG, process your personal data in order to provide you with the latest information about our products.

We are currently planning to transfer our consumer business to the newly established Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH, based in Wedemark, as the new parent company for our consumer business. In a next step Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH shall be integrated into Sonova AG group. We therefore intend to transfer your personal data to Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH. We transfer and process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation, in order to continue providing you with information about our Sennheiser consumer product line without interruption. Please note that the previous processing of your personal data by Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG will continue unchanged to the extent that we have provided you with content without reference to the Consumer products in the past, as well as with regard to overarching product topics that are relevant to both the Professional and Consumer areas, in order to be able to provide you with comprehensive product information. The processing of your personal data will be carried out independently and in addition to the future processing of your personal data by Sennheiser Consumer Audio GmbH.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the European Data Protection Regulation at any time. To exercise your right to object, to exercise your other data subject rights (information, rectification or deletion as well as data portability) or for queries an email to our data protection officer datenschutz@sennheiser.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the data processing violates data protection law. You can exercise your right to object by unsubscribe from our newsletter or send queries as a reply to this email (news@sennheiser.com).
