ysvry Posted March 13, 2020 Share Posted March 13, 2020 hi im trying to run zeta 2 through steam but it stays in demo mode constantly interuppting the sound? i read that i have to login the old cakewalk site to register it again? but that site forgot my old email adress and refuses to let me in? It then says if we deleted your account, why would you delete paying customers login credentials in the first place? Then please create a new account with the old email adress when i click the create new acount it then says creating a new acount is not possible atm? So why was the registration changed anyway before it work just through steam and now this bs? I realy like the zeta2 synth but this is infuriating . scook Posted March 13, 2020 Share Posted March 13, 2020 I have no experience with Steam. Hopefully another Steam user will drop by with suggestions on how to deal with purchases made on Steam. User accounts created on Cakewalk.com in late 2014 through 2017 are still online. If one has an account there and forgot their password support@cakewalk.com can reset it.
