Boz Digital Labs has released a new plugin and a new installer for their pianos. Hopefully this new one fixes that problem. I've tested it a bit and so far so good but the previous one also worked sometimes, and the next time you opened the plugin the crackling came back.

I got if for less than $30 last year.

Speaking of Hybrid 3 being old, looks like the preset folder is in the program files folder, so you have to copy the presets here on Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\AIR Music Technology\Hybrid\Presets Not ideal because you can't save your own presets there by default.

Does anyone else have their products (ones that have been subscription products previously) showing up as "CANCELLED"? I've contacted the support but they seem to be completely clueless claiming it's a cosmetic issue while it's clearly not.

Looks like they managed to do this wrong. I just noticed that some of the subscription products you own now (Raum, Supercharger GT, Hybrid Keys...) are marked as "CANCELLED" and there's nothing you can do to activate them. (I didn't have any other problems with this version.)

Finally. Subscription products you don't have anymore aren't listed in the Library.

I'm guessing they'll be releasing a new version of this (which requires full Kontakt) soon like they did with Gamelan for example.
