Studio One pretty much rejects all UJAM vst3.

Every one of my UJAM vst3 plugins have worked fine in S1...  (?)

BTW, I don't own the BeatMaker line. Mostly "finishers".

I’ll throw in a wild card here. I bought Audiothing Voice yesterday. Admittedly it’s a compressor but it’s got the nicest compression and saturation I’ve heard on a guitar for ages. Was a surprise for me.

I had to check, and yep, I own AudioThing Voice. Thanks for the reminder!  🙄

    +1 on the Pulsar Echorec.

I was surprised when PSP came out with this - surprised at the price and surprised that it was just saturation.  Why just saturation when they can obviously do the delay as well?  So it was an easy pass.

The IK Tape Echo is pretty good too. I found you can automate the Sustain and get great feedback.

@Starship Krupa Is it possible you got it previously?  I did, so I don't have an option to get a code for the reward.  In my plugin boutique account, I used the search bar using "objeq" and there it was.  I am pretty sure at one point I had two Objeq Delays, but my AAS account only has one license.  I might have turned one in along with some duplicates several years ago for a deal on the full slate of AAS packs.  Maybe someone else has a duplicate Objeq Delay for all your service to the community?

It doesn't show up for me either.  It turns out I own it too...  :)

The original was my intro to United Plugins and I was really pleasantly surprised and it made me pay attention to these guys from then on. Now I've bought quite a few.

It's always been really light on CPU so I hope it's not too noticeable though!

Can't wait to hear the new tape module and will be trying it today.

Love their free updates and better licensing. A great example to other Devs 🙂

This has probably been one of my most used freebies to date and worked like a charm to get me to pay attention to their plugins. That and their close affiliation with Melda.  This one and Hyperspace are probably my favorites so far.

I recently got DIFix and thought I'd like it better than I do since it's by the same dev as FrontDAW.  I've tried it a few times on bass, but REDDI by Kush Audio usually wins out for me.  For guitar DI's, I'll usually run them through one of the many Kuassa options or similar.

  5. I heard back from support. After a few brief exchanges back and forth and suggestions from me on how they should clear things up for their Ultimate customers, the support person emailed back and said he saw that I have been a customer for a long time and purchased many of the free (now) plugins. So he kindly issued a license to my account.    🙂

While I think this pricing is stupid, it's nice to know there are decent and reasonable people on the other end.

I was under the (apparently mistaken) impression that Ultimate Bundle owners would get better pricing on new plugins than new buyers do.  Instead, my account shows the regular sale price of $19.50 and the option to upgrade my Ultimate (with that same one plugin only) for $23.00. That's a bummer to see and also makes no sense.

    Same and I agree!

    The Ultimate Bundle

Own the entire collection of Kilohearts plugins with Kilohearts Ultimate.

Now I'm a little annoyed. They should have done like IK or Arturia and labelled it "Ultimate 1", "Ultimate 2", etc.  The way it is now is simply says "own the entire collection".  So do I own Ultimate or not??  (For the record, yes, I do.)

    Hrmph.

There. Now they have another support email to answer.

[EDIT] Just checked and it's $149. My guess is they were adjusting (read:raising) prices and mibby just caught them mid-edit.

I was thinking that too, but I'm still seeing those prices.  Did you guys try it logged in?

And now the +10dB Bundle is $10!  Weird!  I sure hope he wasn't hacked!

  9. Cool! I've been thinking about a plugin manager app for a long while now. This ties you to KVR, but they've already got a plugin database, so there's that. I wonder how well Devs keep their versions updated on KVR?

I think iLok is missing out on a real opportunity to do something similar themselves.

  10. PS. I had to uninstall the VCA Comp (again) and reinstall with the "Automatically authorize" option off in the settings to get the VCA authorized to only my iLok...  Now to actually try it out. 🙂
