Too true. Before mp3s were cassettes, 45s, and 78s. I've always thought it's more about expression than tone. We musicians chase tone like it is the most important thing. If it was, Doctor John, Stevie Nicks, John Lennon, Blossom Dearie, Leon Redbone and scores of others would have never been stars. Instead we should be working on our technique and expressiveness (although buying better tone is easier). Now I return you to our regularly scheduled foolishness with a stupid pun... ... ... ... ...
