  1. HI:)

    I've done 4 pads to control the track manager with CoyoteMidi:

    ==========

    key stroke h
    wait 0.2
    click left 5800 800 stroke
    wait 0.3
    click left 5760 900 stroke
    wait 0.2
    key stroke enter
    =========

    Tried out with 4 Templates:

    All, Drums, Voices and Rhythm Section. 4 Midipads to load the templates, as seen in the video:

    Have fun;)

  2. Hi again:)

    Found out what helps! When I delete a synth(tried with Kontakt) and the connection from the Miditrack, the Transform Tool works.

    I insert the synth again and connect the miditrack again it works too.

    So this must be a broken connection between the midi and the synth track, trying more synths out......

    Bassman.

    P.S. Can't get it to work in my project with deleting synths, only on a new project! So this project is broken.....

    P.S. 2  A new miditrack works in the project but as soon I connect it to a synth I cannot see sometimes the data moving, but it is transformed.

  3. Hi:)

    @msmcleod

    I have the same problem with a complete new template project, but now I tested a complete naked project and it works!

    So it has to do with some plugin I think, I'm testing some things but send the project immediately without not necessary audio!

    Just copying it to the cloud!

  4. Hi:)

    @promidi

    Thanks but I'm waiting for "msmcleod", perhaps he has an idea what happens here.

    I installed version 11 but same thing, back to 12 now, I have nested folders in this project....

    We'll see, a workaround is to work with the "Search/Find" Option or draw it in manually or "Insert Controller Series", we're in Cakewalk, there are other possibilities😁

  5. Hi:)

    @promidi (Could you please make a short video of your behaviour?)

    In the video you can see, that when I pull the Transform window to the left or right the Data is changed without having selected Data.

    But I cannot change selected Data anymore as you can see too....the Data is just thinned out instead.

    So there must be more users they have problems with....

    Thanks;)

  6. HI:)

    @msmcleod

    Here the next video. Doesn't matter if the "Select Controllers along with notes" Option is selected or not. It seems the Transform tool does only "Thin out" the CC Data as you can see:

    What's going on? I know I have copied Data from other Lanes and also copied Articulation Lanes from other Tracks, but it worked at least until the end of december last year....

  7. HI:)

    This is selected but it didn't work either. I'll send another video tomorrow. the tool does strange things. Not as expected!

    With the Option selected I can see the Data moving but on Mouse Release it jumps back to how it was.

    I worked a lot with it and it worked ever, not anymore....tried a new empty Project and the same behaviour going on....

  8. Hi:)

    Down below a Video. The Transform Tool does not work with CC Data, only with Velocity. If I widen the Transform window, it deletes the CC Data.

    You can see this in the video. What happened? It worked all the time.....

  9. Hi🙂

    In short: It's like Autohotkey, but instead of shortcuts you use midi pads, buttons and encoders .

    You can use both! All actions(hotkeys) from active Autohotkey script can be used.

    I'll try to make a short video showing some actions and howto connect midi with shortcuts, mouse clicks or scripts...

  10. HI:)

    You can avoid resetting if you add

    NoControllerReset=1

    to an instrument file. Here you can see mine for the Launch Control:

    .Patch Names
    .Note Names
    .Controller Names
    .Instrument Definitions

    [LaunchControlXL]
    NoControllerReset=1
    Control=LaunchControlXL
    Patch[*]=1..8
    Key[*,*]=LaunchControlXL

    It's better to leave the zero controller option on and insert an import an instrument file!

  11. Hi🙂

    I don't make themes, but just 1 question:

    Is it possible to lighten the active tab in the multidock?

    Hard to see which o e is the active one and if to switch to the left or right to get to another one if many tabs are open..

    I always oversee this small "x" in the active one

    Thanks😉

  12. Hi🙂

    Aha, now I see......

    My source track was a miditrack routed to AD2, where I put the lanes on.

    If in the synthrack you choose an audiotrack for automation as destination it works, the lanes are shown.

    With miditrack as destination it doesn't show the lanes, just the lines and you have to manually add them with the plus key.

    So the destination must be an audio track, could you please confirm this?

    Thank you very much😉

  13. HI:)

    I've had the same problem years ago, can't remember how I did it:

    I want to change just the Drums of some older Projects, made a new project with AD2 with all audio outputs and an extra Automation Track where I placed 23 Automation Lanes for Level, OH Level of BD, SN and Toms, Room Level of BD, SN and Toms. Additionally Tuning Automation of BD, SN and Toms, just to set the Standard Level as a starting point, 24 Lanes in sum.

    Then I mixed a drum set with all audio tracks as a starting point for other drumsets.

    Now I made a Track Template of it, deleted the drums in the older project and inserted the Track template into the project.

    The AutoLanes are not there, means they are not saved with the Track Template and I have to manually add them one by one.

    Then I tried to set a mix scene and drag and drop this to the older project.

    The lines of the automations (not all, just 18 in my first attempt, 15 in the second and in the wrong track) but not the lanes, I too have to add them manually one by one.

    AD2 preset does not work cause with another drumset all parameters are different and the Autolanes are not there.

    Project template is not a good idea, then I have to port all other tracks from the older project to the template.....

    Copy the automation lanes from the newer project to the older does copy the lines into the Automation track but not the lanes...

    So how is this possible, if it is?

    Thanks;)

    Bassman.

  14. HI:)

    You do not need to split it. Just activate "Clip Automation" on the left where "Clip" is activated or press Ctrl and click in the clip.

    Then select the portion you want to lower and shift the mouse to the top of the clip until the cursor changes, click, hold and pull the gain of the selected portion down.

    You perhaps have activated Track Volume Automation instead.....

  15. HI:)

    I always use the Smart Tool, the only thing I change is when I use the Mute Tool, then I switch with F10 and back with F5.

     Try to use the Function Keys (F5-F10), I think it's much faster to change the tools, right hand the mouse, left hand on Keyboard.

    With a midi controller and "azcontroller" you could lay 2 or more buttons on these switches (midi buttons are always faster than finger stretching Hotkeys), or everything on a rotor.

    Bassman.
