Since I have Live Suite and FL All Plugins Edition I would just use what in those.

I hear you. I also have zillions of Kontakt sampled instrument libraries over the years. I have to admit .. most I have never used. Lots were free and just downloaded BECAUSE .. they were FREE
@abacab I actually have been wondering when these sampled instrument library companies will start offering cloud facilities to users to store / play libraries from. I realise this may involve sub options, but I imagine its coming .. esp for those of us on Gigabit Fibre Bband
Most of them are in Komplete

I’m thinking I should just go ahead with my stock Apple, Bitwig and Reason plugins plus FabFilter and Apogee or Slate for exacting emulations, then add only special ones like SoundTheory Gullfoss, Arturia Dist Coldfire and Fragments, Eventide Physion and Split EQ, or Wavesfactory TrackSpacer and Spectre.
Those are the bloated ones if you have sample based REs. Mine are over 15gb and can't be moved since Reason is still in the dark ages where you can't separate the RE from the samples.

You 'll free up storage space and your DAW's plugin scans will be quicker.
Plugins don't take up a lot of space. They just create more confusion having so many in some DAWs.

Depends on who you ask. Some say the only way to play a racing game is using a racing wheel controller.
Steam forums are toxic. That's why I used the "macho" gamer. I avoid their forums and use Reddit.
I only look for games that have replay value.

Jup, not gonna bite this time. I already made an unplanned purchase with Eventide Invigorate. So that offsets things a bit. Maybe I will get myself Disney+ as well. I think they have Die Hard and Christmas is coming...
I bought some more...............loops. They were synthwave at least. My addictions are MyLoops that are for trance junkies with presets and midi, Then there is MusicNotes where I'm hoarding digital sheet music. Both of those are usually purchases under $10.

This is my GAS talking. I like it, but I'm not sure I have a use for this. Buuuut it's seems a waste to not use my discount code. But I really shouldn't. But it would take another year. But...
Same here. That money though could be used to reduce debt. I have a lot of their stuff but it doesn't get used.

Xbox 360 Wired Controller, Etpark USB Gamepad, Joypad with Shoulders Buttons, for Microsoft Xbox 360/Xbox 360 Slim/PC Windows 7 8 10 Game (White) $16.59.

I was referring to the ones I have around the house.

Hey they made it for Bitwig's sampler. I like it when the big orchestra developers do that But it's only woodwinds. Reminds me of shelling out good money for those Gigastudio programs only to get a taste.
Spitfire made some libraries for Live 11 Suite. That was the only reason why I upgraded.

I'm not a macho PC gamer. 🙄
But I do enjoy playing games on the PC with a Nvidia GPU in my living room, while sitting about 8 feet away from my flat screen TV that is connected via HDMI.
A wireless keyboard/mouse is fine on the coffee table for setting things up and launching a game, but it's more relaxing to kick back on the sofa with a game controller, a la game console style. 😎
For keyboard/mouse gaming I selectively might allow a game or two to run on my DAW PC at my desktop workstation. But the controller works there as well, and sometimes I am just lazy... 🤣
Me neither. I'm too lazy to look for a controller. I start to treat free games like plugins. I don't bother with many of them. I don't buy new games anymore because of the requirements like disk space. I'm playing some of the games that came out during the XP/W7 era. I might even install those old Command and Conquer games.

Well according to the Steam description it has "full controller support". Can't imagine the Epic version would be different? I haven't installed it yet, so don't know for sure...
I've got my XBOX 360 USB (Games for Windows) controller at the ready just in case!
In the PC gaming world using a controller on a game is not macho. Racing games and sports games are boring on PC anyway.

Racing games with a keyboard is the reason I never bother with them.

I removed Camel Audio Alchemy and it's library. Never really used it.
I'm thinking of removing Iris 2 since I never use it.
I have Serum, Sylneth, Spire, all IK, All Arturia, all Image Line, LIve Suite., KV, I don't think I would miss it.

Damn!!!! The size of that thing!!!
and I thought you were talking about the disk space needed

So now "Retro" is the next beat the dead horse in marketing. I think I have enough of this stuff just in synth presets that this is an easy pass.

Sonokinetic was given a break on Player licenses from NI if they used K7. At least that was true for EMP.
Sleigh Bells working here in K7 Player...
If you have the previous Sleigh Bells, Native Access updates it.

Toontrack’s Holiday Sales used to be $29 for a full EZkeys license. Both in 2017 and 2018 I even got an extra EZkeys expansion included, so effectively four instruments for $58. Not quite so anymore.
Much easier to avoid. There are plenty of equivalents out there.

“Designed for Kontakt 7”I was referring to Sotto X if it requires K7 player. Who knows maybe a new product has to be on 7 because demz da rulez from NI.
I wonder if they fixed the direct draw glitch on K7,

NI's foxy catch to quickly draw people into Kontakt 7.
Gotta give Sono a thumbs down for making it difficult to find system requirements for that product.

I didn't realize there are 3 releases of Splinter Cell. The disc version and Steam seem a bit different

Outside of playing phrases I'm not sure this really adds anything if you have SS Symphony, AAS Orchestral bank, I'm seeing stuff like this for Serum. Full or reduced price is far from tempting especially when you have to devote 7gb of space.
Please note: Most of my posts are comments are directed towards me not to buy stuff.

Now what was I talking about..............................................Oh Never mind
I'm getting more stupid. If I start a diary today I'd be on volume 3.

Does this have any type of authorization?
Culling my plugins ... pruning subs and direct debits .. it adds up

List some of those. This would make a great separate thread.
I think removed some of the drum libraries, a few pianos and strings.
