Stunned! One of my favorites! I have a Playlist of their songs and Per's songs in active rotation. I never would have thought he would have released again with the Roxette name.
I can't wait to listen to this.

Wow! I thought he had a lot of years to go.

$69 is a wee too much. But it does look desirable (for convenience) to get some certain attitude added on some track(s). I'll be looking for this at a future discounted amount - hopefully by Black Friday, 2023.

Listened in. Wow! Rapid fire.

If you’re not in a hurry to rush and buy this, it won’t be that long before it’s at $29 - that is, even if you would want a 100th compressor.
I do use the AMEK EQs - with great results - so I might be a sucker for this when it is $29.

Goal number 1 - seven "completed" songs in 2023. To be touched no more. Ready for posting or getting onto streaming.
Goal number 2 - not buy another musical "anything" until Black Friday in 2023.
Goal number 1 is almost realistic, in the sense that I have easily over 100 well intentioned songs in various state of progress. So the trick here is to pick seven of them and get them actually done.
Goal number 2 is much more challenging. I would like to say realistic, but not based on my track record.
Goal number 1 isn't realistic either, based on my history of not fully completing songs - mostly due to failing at Goal number 2 and getting distracted with new stuff.
So shooting for the moon in 2023 and trying to accomplish both!
And hitting the gym. Why not?

The main advantage to Softube Tape is to Studio One Users
Why is that? (inquiring as a Studio One user)

SSL makes very good plugins. Fortunately I picked this up when it was on sale previously. I recall there are some YouTube clips that do a good job to highlight this one’s capabilities.

I did as well. I also have Robotic Bean’s Hand Clap Studio vst. Convenient for adding a little extra snap here and there.

I was thinking the same thing!!
I do like Overloud.
Overloud GEMs are excellent! I’ll probably add this to my pile of LA2As since it’s at this attractive price.
I’ve picked up most of the other GEMs from one off sales.

Also the video on “everything you need to know” is excellent and provides very practical and short explanations that help get a good sense of how to use the 2023 version.

Disregarding banter about how to get this year’s version at the lowest price - just talking about features - I am very impressed with the partial regeneration feature this year - and that adds onto to the playable real tracks from last year.
If you actually look into and start to use this product there are a tremendous amount of possibilities for great results.

$99 to upgrade to all of that new freedom - very compelling! Insta buy if somehow I could find any more coins under the couch cushions after the BF season.

I’m thinking of it simply as a synth with an aspect of guitar edge tones for some of the presets or source samples.
New Roxette album out, its called Pop Up Dynamo .. I really like it
