Not a single crash since I've installed the update (I've only tried the VST3 version). Before that, it made Cubase crash as soon as I inserted it in a project.

I had exactly the same problem than you, but with CbB. It would crash 30 seconds after inserting the plugin in a project.

It could be worth a try.

Thx  for the follow-up. Will probably wait till it goes on sale again. They were kind enough to refund my original purchase when I had all these problems with it.

Thanks a lot for the heads up @cclarry, now I can use it properly !

For some reason, it made Cubase and CbB crash on my computer...

So you’re not having a crash problems with the new vst3?  I also had problems with the old vst2 on Studio One-would crash S1 within 30 seconds of me dragging it on to a track,

The Big Sky pedal sounds beautiful on guitar.

I'll grab this specifically  to use with IK's new ToneX.

Agree that pedal sounds incredible on live guitar. Not so sure at all, though, about going the plug-in route on it.

I thought they did, but you might be right. Will have to check. I know they offer cloud, so it's definitely not dongle only.

Yeah, unless they’ve changed it recently, definitely no machine-based licensing. I’ve got the plug-in ….and like it. Nevertheless, it does irritate me that I need either a dongle or to be online to use it.

    This doesn't work with S1??

Not for me. Have tried it out twice on 2 different pretty high end Lenovo lap tops, set up identically and running Studio One 5 (with Windows 10 Pro). In each instance, dragging it on to an S1 track either froze or crashed S1 within about 30 seconds. You might want to trial it, since I recall at least one other S1 user on this forum not having this issue.

    Short answer is No.

Long answer is No it isn't.

I just emailed Synchro Arts on this and they said “the main” difference would be that Re-voice Pro can also be used as a Standalone. I would submit that at least one other difference is that Revoice Pro requires a physical ilock dongle, whereas the two others can use machine-based ilock licensing.

I believe World Suite is an update of World Traditions.

I don’t think it was presented that way. World Traditions, on just a purely technical basis, was an extremely poorly sampled library eg, noisy, sounds cut off in the wrong place, etc. That was pretty much the consensus of those who tried it at the time. I think World Suite was UVI’s attempt to go in a different direction, given that Traditions was so poorly received.

Yeah but that applies to cross grading a RX post-production suite to an everything bundle, not updating a previous everything bundle to get the new Neutron, Ozone and RX,…. right?
