If they gave a public roadmap it probably would make me more sad then happy.  I say this because the one feature I want worked on is the Staff View. not getting into the details anymore. I realized it is very low on the list and may never happen.  Cakewalk does almost everything I need and heck now it is free.

One way I would like to see what's next but at the same time I want Cakewalk Baker's to be able to work in peace.  Plus when they did give some updates on upcoming additions the competition was also got what they were working on.   I'm just happy that this fine DAW is still being updated.

Are you saying that the device wasn't a surveillance device and a nuclear Holocaust is on the horizon? Otherwise,  there's really not any relationship between the song and the recent incident beyond balloons. Granted,  this isn't the place for thinly veiled political remarks either,  which is what appears to be the case.  There are other platforms for that.

For some strange reason I didn't think CbB was still doing beta channel.  Nice to know someone with Bitflipper's knowledge is on the Beta-Team.

The one I love is that Windows is spying on me as the person that just said this to me is on his/her Smartphone with location services on.  Hey it is okay for Google to take my information and everything about me but how dare MS! 

I tried Ubuntu several times on older PC and heck I could see using it. But for music production I just don't see the hassle. YMMV
