  1. Yes, real-time corrections. It does seem that these special plugins want more money for this Task. I've been told DSEG 3 by more than two people, so I want to see someone else do what I'm saying before I actually try it :P... I really hate installing stuff I don't have a 90% sure I'm going to buy. I thought "Mastering the mix" FUSER was going to be worth it, finding out it crashes my Reaper really killed me buying it. Although, Cakewalk I didn't try. I use both Cakewalk and Reaper for different tasks.
  2. DSEQ had been recommended several times, so it's on my check list for sure. I'll be home tomorrow to check it out. I'm just trying to gather 2 or 3 plugins to try out before buying.
  3. Actually, I thought that as a after thought. I wouldn't been buying it for the harshness removal. Read on.. I want to do the trick mentioned in the video I first posted. The trick is using vocal spectrum for ducking instead of using a dynamic EQ bell curve. Can another plugin do that?
  4. Have you seen the video I first posted? Can you see if DSEQ can do that? I'm trying to duck only the frequencies used for the Vocal thru the music and I do not want to use a bell curve EQ to do it.
  5. It says it has A.I. functions. Does it require to be online to use this plugin?
  6. Could you do the same thing with Smooth Operator from that video as Soothe 2? (I think Smooth Operator is on sale right now for $39 when I looked yesterday)
  7. Waves still works with computers made 10 years ago and I'm happy about that I can't verify cclarry statement because it requires I login for prices!
  8. Not if you currently hold a fully functional demo that doesn't stop working and never bugs you to buy it. I have it and hardly ever use it.. The last time I used it was 3 months ago.
  9. Even though that's a great M.2 drive, I'm actually looking for SSD sized drive. I think people get M.2 and SSD mixed up.
  10. In the videos for TrackSpacer, I see the vocal lines in blue on top, but the white line below that "carves out space" is a curved line that seems to represent a broad range of frequencies like a dynamic EQ, instead of "carving the jagged lines of the vocal", it's just cutting a half circle... that's what I'm seeing in the videos. It's G.U.I. says one thing and people say the other.
  11. I'm curious on how well it works vs how much CPU it uses. iZotope tends to use a ton of CPU vs other plugins that do what it does. P.S. I gave an example. I know we are talking about TB ProAudio.
  12. That looks promising, because the videos show it actually reducing the frequencies instead of broadly covers all bands within those frequencies. I'll have to test it out.
  13. I saw videos of trackspacer, but it's like a dynamic EQ rather than a surgical way to carve out frequencies based on what I saw. Soothe 2 looks like it's surgical on carving out specific bands of frequencies used for the voice instead of grabbing a broaden range of bands like most dynamic EQs.
  14. So, have you known it to go on any great sells prices for this time of year or near Christmas?
  15. Scaler 2 upgrade perhaps, but the full version still always sits 2x too much for me.
  16. Hi! I've actually reached a point where I'm happy with the plugins I have. I'm now in the stage of acquiring new sounds and that's going to require I also get a bigger storage device. Please keep an eye out on sells for the end of this year on large SSD (external and internal). Much Thanks!
  17. Mastering The Mix had good spirit, I've tried and installed many of his products, but never felt a reason that I would "need" his product in order to buy it. If it was like $29, maybe I'd buy a few just out of GAS.
  18. OMG? WE'VE have this topic before in July! Can we squash this, already?
  19. Hi! I've got plenty of great dynamic EQ plugins, but nothing as precise as Soothe 2. Is there a budget friendly version of Soothe 2 for a hobbyist song writer? Watch this video before you give your advice, cause you'll see that dynamic EQ can't carve out the space you need vs Soothe 2. Ideas? Much Thanks in advance for your help!
  20. I've never once thought it to be rude. It's a opportunity to connect 🤩
  21. It's just like Melodyne by Celemony... I bought the original before they got big, and I practically own Melodyne Studio 5 for way less than what they now charge everyone! It seems, Acon is headed down the same path. Y'all should buy now before it costs more later!
  22. I missed these Duplicates 😝
