the waves tune is one plug I use all the time - but I think I picked that up for $25 plus discount earlier this year. $62 at the moment, doesn't seem so hot ?

I have the Ivory Grand pianos and they are very good but be aware that they getting a little long in the tooth and pretty much abandonware IMO - haven't seen an update on the windows side for some considerable time. I don't really use them as much as I used to. there might be better alternatives again, just MO

bear in mind that this happens more or less every time there is a MacOS update. The other problem is that if you buy an new mac then it comes with the latest OS and there is no way to "downgrade" as the firmware/bios doesn't allow it - I use (a lot of!) macs at work and we have to stockpile macs before there is an update because most of our bespoke software breaks when there is an update. compare this with windows - I reckon I can still run office 2001 on windows 10 Apple basically don't really care about a large proportion of their user base -they look at us a "fringe" minority. sigh

email support direct if this was an upgrade then the site gets a little confused 😕 - strictly speaking you don't get an ADDITIONAL melodyne licence if you've upgraded as you already have that from v2 or v2.1, which I suppose is fair enough IMO. If you get through to the right person in support I'm fairly confident you'll be looked after. I spend a lot of time complaining about software support from various companies, including izotope (see above !) but in reality they are actually very good and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. They had done some amazing deals for me in the past. Try getting that from Waves !!!

+1 Also seems to unzip files that the windows ones says are broken. Another top tip is that some .exe install files can be opened by 7-zip and you can just pull out individual files so you don't have to run the full installer.

email support@izotope to get those - there was a bit of backwards and forwards yesterday saying JRR should supply but izotope just emailed them in the end. They are aware of the issue

but what about those few valuable, overnight hours that you had to use ozone 9 - and all of that valuable time yesterday emailing izotope support and trying to get codes you paid for and a working windows version .... wouldn't have missed that for anything. oh, hang on

that's a great deal - is that legit do you think ?

latest 10.0.40 I think, windows - installed VST3 only. Nuendo threw the same error. Complained about them being 32bit (?) and blacklisted. Plugin manager showed them as 64bit so re-enabled and all was good. it just seemed like an odd error - somebody else reported the same problem on the steinberg forum. anyway all good - got my groove3/melodyne licences direct from izotope same as you

support suggested this should be working later - in the meantime you can download manually

quick update from izotope they claim that the ozone 9 release is a "soft release" and isn't official until later today (whatever that means) they also say there should be a ozone 9 patch today for the windows issue - groove 3 and melodyne licences (MPS3) should have been issued by vendor (JRR) , I'm dubious that this is true as previous codes for melodyne were issued by izotope but that's the reply I got I suggest people email support directly as I got no response in the last couple of days from the online support form and emailing direct got a fast response support@izotope.com

One more thing r4 and nimbus are blacklisted by default in cubase and nuendo . (VST3 - 64bit). It suggests they are 32bit although plug-in manager sees them as 64bit. Had reenable manually for get them to show up. i have the other exponential stuff and these didn’t need manually enabling. Who knows ! it’s all been hugely unimpressive so far

I'm on 1903 and downloaded o9 and it at least booted (in standalone mode) too busy to take for a proper test as yet EDIT - yep don't bother on windows 10 1903 !

same here - no code also no way to redeem you melodyne essential licence either https://www.izotope.com/en/lp/redeem/mps.html only v2 and v2.1 plus no way to install ozone9 from the izotope product manager - it's listed but no install option sigh

izotope are still working on integrating the exponential stuff into their product line - I suspect it will be a while longer yet anybody know how to activate the groove3 thing ?

I don't think you do need the ilok - just the ilok software, as you install to a "software" ilok on your pc

I've got the $75 voucher and was going to pick up the last 3 plugins i still want (iron - focusrite - mc77) PA support said they were going to fix the voucher code error soon
