Orchestral Prelude

[Prelude Verse 1]
In the boundless expanse we seek
The secrets of the universe so bleak
From galaxies to supernovae we stare
Time and space beyond compare

[Verse 2]
But in our quest for cosmic heights
We overlook our earthly lies
Nations clash in deadly strife
Lost in wars Destroying life

[Chorus]
As stars collide and comets die
We fail to see what lies in store
We see we never tried before
We see we never tried before
Our world fragile what we have done
Is started the Celestial Oblivion

[Verse 3]
We were slaves to the gamed system
The forces that controlled our lives
Trading freedoms for comfort
Our individuality died

Synth Solo
Guitar Solo

Repeat Chorus

Guitar Solo
Violin Solo (over chants)

like a snake bit dingo this song lashes out and shakes you till you're subdued

thundering drums

the thudding bass driving with ill intent

and underneath all of it a soaring orchestra adding some sugar to the spice

listen close and you will decipher the truth

as my grandmother use to say after a good bowl of ham hock soup, may I have another?

put this one on repeat, I'm telling you brothers and sisters.

That ending though...

Did a comet hit? 🤔

Yessir it did.

Dave requested a "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" ending.

  • Bapu changed the title to Celestial Oblivion (now mastered with DistroKid's Mixea)

Very well done. Very fine musicianship, songwriting, and performance.  I especially enjoyed the violin solo -- growing up loving Kansas,  that was right up my alley. Kudos to you and everyone involved.

I also just want to make this additional observation.  Over the years I've listened to a bunch of different projects you've been involved in, and the playing is always really,  really good. Keep on rocking!
