iZotope log-in problem (not a deal)

Sorry to post here but is anyone else having a problem looging in to their iZotope Account? I can't get in to the website or the portal. I know they're having issues with other parts but I can't find anything about not being able to log in. Thanks

Thanks guys. My account got blocked because I tried to log in so many times. I changed my password. Than I had to reinstall the Portal which gave an error message during installation...I clicked ignore and now it works. Has NI messed up the whole thing?

I use a VPN and clean the registry often enough that it locks out the Product Portal (comes up blank). The way to force that into a log-in cycle is to hold down the SHIFT key when launching the Product Portal. I basically have to log in every single time now; it does not remember anything.

Quick Edit: I got that "blocked" message at one point too, and the shift-launch reset that as well. The account wasn't "blocked," it was the Product Portal settings.
