Ricky Wayne Hunt Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 I did my first scan after installing Cakewalk on a fresh installation of Windows. In the log report it had deleted all kinds of registry keys now those programs are hosed. Is there anything I can do???
DeeringAmps Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 Roll back to the image you created before installing Cakewalk? I cannot remember anyone ever having such an issue. Maybe @scook or @msmcleod will have some advice.

bitflipper Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 Can you post the relevant sections of the scan log? The scanner does not delete registry keys outside of the HKCU\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software tree, and wouldn't affect Windows or other applications.

Ricky Wayne Hunt Posted June 26, 2023 Author Posted June 26, 2023 I'll check all of the things above. Thanks, guys
