Bapu Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 (edited) Done in Studio One, using multiple Orch Libs. Edited September 21, 2022 by Bapu 13
craigb Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 Nice! But am I the only one that thinks this would be a great background for some wicked metal guitar? ?? 1 1
markno999 Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 Really well done, everything is balanced nicely. Interesting melody and harmony..... really like the horn countermelody when it comes in. The countermelody has both an uplifting and ominous quality at the same time. Very cool track, good use of tempo changes, articulation/expression, space, etc.... Regards 1
DeeringAmps Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 (edited) Subscribed, tried to ring the bell (feature turned off for kids) and hit the "like". Big ?'s and ? Good one MrMcKool mrkocol (for some reason I always see Kocol as Kool) t oh, and I love some "shameless" promotion... Edited September 21, 2022 by DeeringAmps 1

Larry T. Posted September 22, 2022 Posted September 22, 2022 pretty cool....interesting combinations of notes to create the ominous atmosphere....sounds like the Locrian mode or, if that's not what he used, it's what Locrian should sound like!! lol!!!!....sounds good as is but could also be a part of a larger composition or as a template to add other instrumentation to ???? 1
Old Joad Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022 Shades of The Moody Blues very nice, your son can really boogie? 1

daryl1968 Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 Great stuff mate. Would work perfectly for a recurring theme in a Horror flick. 1
Johnbee58 Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 Talented young man. Obviously gets it from his old man. Very intense piece. Would make excellent sound track material. ?John B 1
Wookiee Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 @Bapu I can somehow never think of you of being totally shameless. Nice stuff from the sprog Ed. 1
Bill Campbell Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 When's the theatrical release? ? Beautiful evocative piece. Well done!
jwnicholson78 Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Very evocative. Sounds great. You must be very proud! jeff 1
freddy j Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Very nice indeed. You have a talented son! You have a right to be a proud papa!! 1
antler Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 Very nice - orchestra can be difficult to write and make sound good. Was this for some kind of score? It's very atmospheric and sounds like it would be for some kind of (either real or imaginary) movie scene.
David Sprouse Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 Esp loved the *chorus*. I didn't find it as ominous as others, more suspenseful? Great writing.
noynekker Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 Bapu, your son has really created a great orchestral mood here, most impressive and thoroughly enjoyable ! . . . now, that sudden ending just makes me yearn for the sequel to this one . . .
