364 Days a year.....

Parents: Remember kids, always be kind to others, be in before dark and never take sweets from strangers.

 

1 day a year....

Parents: Kids.....go out in the dark and demand sweets from strangers. If they don't give you any, throw eggs and flour at them.

Oh right........"supply chain issues"............... ok kids, sweets are in short supply right now, so if asking strangers for them makes you uncomfortable, just roll up your sleeve and Uncle Sam will give you a jelly bean.
